Outstanding!

Property was as advertised, the host was excellent to deal with and made the trip easy and comfortable. Location is excellent with stunning views. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Fun weekend getaway near the ocean

The property was really fun, the kids had fun in the pool and the adults had fun with the grill and bar. Lots of space inside and outside to relax. Lots to do nearby as well. Would recommend.

Highly Recommend!!!

The house has everything that you would want for a little getaway. Close proximity to the beach, restaurants, night life, and Del Mar race track. Uber/Lyft drivers had no problem picking up and dropping off. The house was clean, bathrooms well stocked, and the amenities helped keep the fun rolling. My only complaint was no Keurig, but they did have a nice French press available so we were still able to enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the ocean from the backyard. John had a nice outlined document on arrival that was straightforward and made accessing all the amenities very easy to navigate. He was always quick to respond to any inquiry that we had as well. Overall, I would recommend this spot to everyone. John will take care of you. Thank you!!!!

Better-than-expected holiday oasis

John's home was even better than anticipated; the view alone makes you feel like you're on a ship out at sea, the great energy, and the spacious bedrooms and common areas...it's all amazing. There's a great kitchen to cook in and great amentities like the jacuzzi and steam shower that made us feel even more relaxed! Encinitas is also a remarkable and special place - the home is centrally located and you're less than 10 miuntes to the best yoga studios, beach, and stores you need! Highly recommend.

Beautiful Spacious Oceanside Abode

John’s place was amazing and everything we could’ve asked for to accommodate our group of 8 friends. The rooms and beds were clean and comfortable with beautiful modern furnishings. The kitchen and outdoor space were excellent for entertaining and hanging out. The speakers throughout the house and outside were easy to control and made for a great atmosphere. The beach is a short, fun walk thru the neighborhood and down the hill. We were able to order grocery delivery from Von’s that arrived shortly after we checked in - so convenient, they even deliver alcohol. Our trip was awesome, thanks to John!
