The fabulous location of the apartment is what really sold it to me. Situated close to the water's edge, the lock is just a few footsteps away and it's only a short stroll to the many bars and restaurants of The Boardwalk.

You cannot beat the location of this condo which is set right in the marina and restaurants..
Real gem. Great condo in superb setting of Pevensey Harbour. Within walking distance of lovely uncrowded beach, locks, restaurants and shops. Spent hours watching the boats come in and out of the locks. Walked to Eastbourne on the 3 mile paved trail along the beach quite often. Would like to live here.

A lovely well-equipped, bright and sunny apartment with a great view of the marina.
We had a lovely four night stay in this great apartment which was very spacious, clean and well- equipped. The views of the marina from both bedrooms and the lounge were great and the area was fantastic with a short picturesque walk to bars, restaurants, shops and cinema. It was also very easy to walk to the beach and along the promenade without having to drive.
Great property, lovely location
We had a great short stay at the Piazza. The location is great, overlooking the marina and, whilst a walk into the 'older' Eastbourne town would be beyond any but the fittest, there are a host of local amenities (several great restaurants, supermarket, cinema) just across the marina.
Eastbourne is very much an old-school Victorian-style resort, but the marina area which is about a mile along the coast from the centre of town has a very modern, exclusive feel.
Mike the owner, Alan the Agent and Dee the cleaner all went out of their way to make the arrangements as smooth as possible.
The apartment is perfectly equipped for a short stay.

If you feel like venturing a little further afield all the attractions of Eastbourne and the South Downs are within easy reach; including the Congress Theatre and several good golf courses. Also available in and around Eastbourne: bowling and laser quest, tennis courts, various water sports and fun for the children at Fort Fun family fun park and Treasure Island pirate themed adventure park. Eastbourne seafront is ideal for cycling and roller blading and swimming. Gym facilities are available at the Sovereign Centre.
