4 bedroom family home with internet and views of Mont Ventoux

Large house with a capacity of 6/8 people equipped with internet, shared swimming pool (8x4) to share with the owners and another rental, located on a family property of 2500m2 with private courtyard space in front of the house and access to a large garden of 1000m2 (fruit trees and fields). A very clear view and a beautiful horizon with Mont Ventoux. Situated on the edge of the village with shops 250m. The entrance to the house is via a large 30m2 veranda with dining area and lounge area. The south facing house is composed on the ground floor: a large entrance hall with beautiful climb stairs, with access to a large, fully integrated, independent and well equipped kitchen with dining area, laundry room and separate WC, large living room with dining area and sitting area. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms with 3 beds 140x190 and 2 beds 90x190, bathroom with large walk in shower and 2 sinks, separate toilet. Necessary baby on demand. A one-car garage + parking for rent. Intercom with automatic gate opening. WIFI key. Bowling green. Bed linen 16 € / bed. Towel hire 10 € / person. Kitchen towels € 10. Optional end of stay € 80.

Provencal farmhouse with swimming pool

The perfect Provence getaway.

This was our first visit to Provence, and we could not have found a more perfect location. The house is a large stone built family home, with 4 good size bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen.

The hosts speak a little English, and we speak a little French so communication was somewhat basic, but they were lovely and could not do enough for us. Please note that WiFi is only available around the shared pool, and the pool cannot be used after 7pm, but this was not an issue for us. The pool and surrounding area is perfect to cool down on hot days. There is an built in wood bbq, but considering the location and the wind that come come up, you need to be careful around ashes being spread in the wind . . .

The location is in the small town of Caromb, a short way from Malaucene and Bedoin - a perfect location for those wanting to cycle up Ventoux, from either of the above towns. Caromb itself is great, with a couple of bakeries, bars and restaurants, although again note that you should brush up on your French in advance, plus an excellent co-operative wine cave.

I would recommend that you have a car, as getting around the region is very dependent on roads - but with a car, even getting down to Marseille and Aix en Provence takes only an hour or so. There are plenty of local markets and a lot of historical tourist sites, plus plenty of vineyards with degustation opportunities!!

In summary, fantastic house, great location, super hosts - highly recommended!!

Une très bonne adresse pour passer des bonnes vacances. La maison est bien pour une famille de 4 personnes.

Le village est bien placé pour visiter plein de chose dans la région Vaucluse et Luberon.

Les locataires sont chaleureux et ouvert à tout les questions.

La maison a une superbe vue sur le mont Ventoux.

Un grand surplus est la bonne huile d' olive fait maison.

Superbe maison!

Nous sommes 6 cyclistes qui avons loué cette maison pour 2 semaines. Situation idéale pour le vélo: possibilité de faire du plat comme de la montagne. Mont-Ventoux, Gorges de la Nesque, Dentelles de Montmirail, Vaison-la-Romaine, et plusieurs parcours de vélo passant par des villages tous plus jolis les uns que les autres. Ville d'Orange et Avignon à proximité et à ne pas manquer.

La maison est grande, propre et très bien équipée. Tout est conforme à la description. Et que dire des propriétaires, qui sont sur place. Ils nous ont accueillis chaleureusement et nous ont donné tous les conseils dont nous avions besoin pour connaître rapidement notre nouveau milieu. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous recommanderions cette maison à nos amis sans hésiter.

Nice holidays

The Holiday home ist situated in a very nice bounded farming plot with olive and fruit trees. It's quiet and only a walk of 5 minutes from the city centre away. From a outside table we had an fantastic overwiew to the landscape. The pool is 200 m away and in use with another holiday flat an the owners. The owners house is also about 200 m away. They are very very friendly. You can buy olive oil, vegetables and fruits from them. Caromb is a typical nice village with all you need. It's a perfect destination to discover the Provence. We would very recommend the house.
