This is an absolute gem of a house. From the outside it appears to be a traditional white cottage, while inside it has been completely reformed providing a modern and relaxed environment. The actual accommodation comprises the lounge area with open fireplace, separate round dining room, modern beautifully fitted kitchen and three bedrooms of which the master has an en-suite shower room. There is another family bathroom to serve the other two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed with terrace doors opening to the garden and the second has bunk beds which can adapt into three single beds or a single and a double. One of the loveliest aspects of this property is the rear courtyard which is accessed from the rear of the lounge. It is perfect for relaxing in the evenings with friends or family with some chillout music and maybe a bottle of wine. Sail shades are also fitted for protection from the sun during the hot summer afternoons. This house also benfits from gas-fired central heating. The swimming pool is a salt pool and has been newly installed during 2013 with beautiful shiny tiles and led pool light effects. The outside shower area has been made with the same tiles and the flooring round the pool is ceramic wood-effect non slip tiles. The pool area can be completely locked off to stop children from having access. Sorry, we can't accept dog in this property.

Close to Laguna Village and beach, Estepona. This house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the El Padron area to the East of Estepona, and yet only about 600m to the nearest beach at Laguna Village, and seven minutes into the centre of Estepona town. Estepona is a busy little town and has recently won an award for the plants and flowers that have been planted everywhere to enhance the beauty of the town and area. There is a busy port with many bars and restaurants and also the town center has many bars and restaurants to explore. Puerto Banus is just 15 Kilometers away.
