This apartment is extremely well located, just a couple of blocks north of Oxford street & SoHo, in the trendy Media & Fashion area of Charlotte street. It is within walking distance to many London attractions. The street is quiet at night, yet moments away are some excellent of bars, restaurants and shop, in an areas with lots of charm, character and history.

This apartment is a perfect central London base. It is a good size one double bedroom apartment with kitchen, bathroom and lounge and sleeps 4 comfortably. The apartment is stylish, modern and has been recently decorated to a high standard. There is a comfortable lounge with open plan well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The lounge has a flat screen TV and sofa bed. The bedroom has a double bed, with plenty of storage space.

There is a cot available for babies. No smoking or Pets are permitted. The apartment is set within a secure period building. With supermarket and local amenities just moments away.

The apartment is perfect for business travellers, families and visitors to London and is the perfect base to enjoy central London life, in a vibrant neighbourhood.

Booking Experience - booking the apartment was straightforward. Roberto responded to our initial request within 24 hrs and was helpful in addressing any additional questions. The deposit and final payment were made via PayPal with no concerns. Once confirmed Roberto provided numerous travel options on how to get to the property and finalized arrival details. Day of Arrival - Roberto was on hand at the agreed upon time. He took time to explain the property and provide us with information on the neighbourhood (dining, shopping options etc). The property appeared as it did in the pictures and was sufficient for a family of 4. Roberto made himself available to address any additional questions during our stay. There are numerous dining options within a short walk. The Oxford Street tube is a 6 min walk and there is great shopping all around. The neighbourhood is quite safe; we never felt threatened when walking home after 11pm. All of the must-see tourist attractions are nearby accessible either on foot or by the tube We would definitely stay at this property in a future visit to London.

The best thing about this apartment is its location - in the heart of London's West End. Many London attractions are within walking distance from the apartment; these include the British Museum, Oxford Street, Soho, China Town and Trafalgar Square. It simply comes down to the energy in your feet. If however you are exhausted from your day's activities, the apartment is well connected to London's public transportation of buses, trains and boat.

Ideal location for experincing all areas of central london.

Central location great neighborhood with many pubs and resturants. Close

to oxford circle metro and bus stops for all major London attractions.

apartment very secure and recently refurbished. Bed was uncomfortable and apartment was not stocked with essentials the kind of which we experiened

in othe VRBO properties ie soap, paper towels toliet paper. Toliet seat was

broken and in need of repair. Property was very clean and we were met promptly

my apartment manger. Overall a very good experience and we would recommen

the apartment to others

Great location. The flat is so so.

Pro:

1. Great location. Walking to most things.

2. Plenty of hot water (see below)

3. Right above a Tesco

Con:

1. kitchen not well equipped. 1 pan bottom covered with burnt on food crust and left in the cupboard?! If all you need is a fridge and ability to boil water, then that's fine. But I had wanted to do some light cooking, which wasn't quite doable.

2. Scalding hot water came out of the cold tap. You have to let it run several minutes before cool water would come. Beyond being a tremendous hassle, this was a constant hazard as we were with our young son. The landlord had printed warnings about this outside the bathroom... It should have been clearly noted prior to booking, and it would definitely have influenced our decision to book. (This is mainly why only 2 stars).

3. Another resident we met at the elevator said our rental violated the building policy... Not a pleasant experience, though she wasn't nasty about it.

Very clean, modern apartment, excellent location

Lovely modern apartment with fantastic views over London. Well furnished in an excellent location for exploring, 5 mins walk to Oxford street. Plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and pubs all within walking distance. Roberto was very welcoming and has a great knowledge of where to go in London. Will definitely be booking to stay here again.

Fantastic London apartment -- and host

The apartment exceeded every expectation. I have rented many apartments in Europe, and this has to be the best. It was very spacious; the decor was tasteful and modern; and all the appliances worked great. Moreover, Roberto was an exceedingly gracious host and perfectly punctual at check in. I also liked how there was no appointment at check out, which reduced stress on my departure day. I will stay in this apartment every time I visit London in the future. I am sorry I did not discover it sooner. I am sad I am not still there.

Perfect flat for holiday

This flat is perfectly located! Close to restaurants, shopping, pubs (one right across the street), tube stations and bus stops. There is even a Tesco right downstairs.

Roberto was extremely accommodating both before we decided to stay there and all during the process. We had never rented a flat via VRBO before and he was a pleasure to work with and answered all questions. Sean, one of his assistants, was extremely helpful when we arrived. He met us there, much earlier than we planned, and let us drop off luggage. He showed us the flat, how to work everything, and even suggested a phone "app" to help us get around with tubes and buses.

The flat is nicely laid out with plenty of space. Kitchen equipped with the basics. Even has a washer/dryer that you can use.

Overall, we LOVED it, and would not hesitate to rent this same flat again or work with Roberto on one of his other properties.

Highly recommend!!
