Enjoyed the condo because it is centrally located in Margate and near my family and homestead.

The property was good. Safe feeling at all times. Nice distance to the beach and, of course, Margate is a beautiful little town and the condo was centrally located to being able to walk to many places, i.e. restaurants, stores and the beach (1& 1/2 blocks, nice). I personally would have liked the windows and sliding doors to have opened, especially with the cool nights. Had to keep the air running all the time which made for a closed in feeling. Condo was clean and was nice with new furniture and nice kitchen.
