Oasis in the real Morocco

This was a lovely oasis in the city of Taroudant. We were extremely well looked after by Ahmed, who helped us in all sorts of ways. There was ample room for six of us, including a ninety year old grandmother and her three quarrelsome grown-up grandchildren, to spread out and do our own thing in real comfort. Taroudant is a proper Moroccan city, and while we were there there was hardly a tourist in sight. We really enjoyed our stay.

un vrai moment de douceurs et de découverte

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, en famille, dans le Ryad de Taroudant. L'endroit est superbe, magnifiquement aménagé et décoré. Que dire de la gentillesse de Halima et Ahmed, ainsi que de Moustapha; ils sont disponibles et à l'écoute, ce sont de belles personnes qui ont enrichis notre séjour. Les indications et recommandations sur la région sont top ! nous avons visité le palais de Claudio Bravo, organisé un petit périple dans l'atlas, visité la palmeraie; et bien sur profité de Taroudant. Des plus grands aux plus petits nous avons adoré.

Magnifique sejour dans la kasbah de Taroudant

Le ryad est un havre délicieux et serein. Tout y est plaisant : nos hôtes , les repas, les terrasses où siester, la piscine rafraîchissante… Un sans faute !

Poétique, confortable, somptueux

Ne ratez pas ce Riad et cette ville irrésistible. La maison est idéalement placée dans une kasbah où au bout d’à peine deux/trois jours vous connaîtrez une bonne partie des habitants qui sont de loin les plus accueillants et chaleureux que nous ayons eu la chance de rencontrer jusqu’à maintenant. La ville n’est pas vraiment touristique et très vivante et authentique (idéale pour les enfants). Le Riad est ingénieux et il est amusant d’y emprunter tous ces étages, recoins pour découvrir des points de vue toujours plus époustouflants sur la ville vue du dessus, l’architecture est raffinée et les détails sont innombrables. La maison est lumineuse, bien chauffée en hiver, les tissus et objets sont choisis sans aucune faute de goût (selon moi en tout cas ;) les espaces sont généreux et cosy et par dessus tout la végétation omniprésente dans tous les aménagements,(même fin décembre) est généreuse et colorée: les amoureux des bougainvilliers et des cactus seront servis. On a juste envie d’y retourner! Merci!
