Looking for a relaxing vacation home that's just a short walk from all
amenities? Look no further than this Sliema penthouse! Situated in a
quiet residential area, this lovely home offers a true taste of Maltese
traditional living. And with everything from supermarkets and cafes to
restaurants and spas all within walking distance, you won't need a car
to enjoy your stay.

The penthouse is located on the third floor of a residential block,
just a 10-minute walk from Balluta Bay and the promenade connecting
Sliema and St. Julians. It's also conveniently close to main bus
routes, making it easy to explore the rest of the island. Inside,
you'll find a spacious open plan kitchen/living/dining area that's
fully equipped for all kinds of cooking and fully air-conditioned. The
comfortable 4-seater table and 4-seater sofa are perfect for relaxing
and watching the 37'' flat-screen TV. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are provided
free of charge.

The penthouse also includes a roomy double bedroom with air
conditioning and a full bathroom with a shower closure. Linen for the
bed and towels are provided with each stay. Outdoor entertainment is
available on the sunny, spacious terrace with a rattan 4-seater table
and a gas BBQ for easy cooking. It's also the ideal spot for sunbathing
during the summer months. Sliema is a popular tourism spot on Malta's
northeastern coast, offering an abundance of relaxing holiday
activities as well as restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Visitors
can enjoy fine shopping and dining, and there is plentiful opportunity
for relaxing beach activities such as snorkeling and diving.

A bus stop is just a few meters from the apartment, and if you do rent
a car, parking is free for public use along the street and neighboring
areas. Please note that there is a check-in time of 2:00 pm and a
check-out time of 10:00 am, although if there are no arrivals on the
same day, you may be able to keep the apartment for longer.

Also, please note that the weekly price includes basic utilities up to
a certain amount, and any excess usage will incur an extra charge.

Excellent
This was our first time I’m Malta and we were looking forward to our holiday. The penthouse apartment was really nice and comfortable and covered all our needs. The only unfortunate comment is that there is no lift to take you up the 58 steps so getting the luggage down on departure was not very easy. The location is ideal with a 5 - 10 min walk to St Julian. Catching the local buses from there was also ideal. The young lady who met us at the apartment was very informative on the apartment and was contactable if there were any problems during our stay. I think that a sun lounger would be more beneficial that the jacuzzi , but that’s only my opinion. I would certainly recommend the apartment.

just spent 10 nights here at the Emerald Sliema Penthouse we were met by Lydon who was lovely he showed us round the lovely apartment which was a great size and very clean, the balcony is nice and big to sit out i would how ever think it would benefit from having a sun lounger to sunbath :) the location is great shop on the corner and 5 min walk to the front were you can get a bus to anywhere you want to go or just stroll along the beautiful promenade would highly recommend this apartment Andrea & Austin

EXCELLENT
Nice flat (as described), amongst pretty streets, within walking distance of everything. Professional and helpful check-in, despite very short notice. jacuzzi well maintained. Ideal if you are very mobile, enjoy walking around area and would like to stay in a well maintained, 1 bedroom with good amenities

Fantastic Apartment and Great location.
I would recommend this property as we had a great ten night stay. The apartment is light and airy and a very good size. The private terrace/balcony is great with a hot tub, gas BBQ and seating. There is a shop at the end of the road which has pretty much everything you'll need (just be aware it closes 1pm-4pm every day and is only open in the morning on wed and sun). The location of the apartment is a short walk to either St Julians or Sliema, but make sure you save alittle energy for the several flights of stairs upto the apartment as they'll definatley keep you fit. we were meet by a lovely lady joanne on our arrival who explained everything to us and even arranged our return taxi to the airport. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and very well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Emerald penthouse and were pleased at how easy and reassuring it was to book through Owners Direct with Ralph.

Bright, clean, well equipped for a great stay
Emerald 62 Henry Street 14t 21st September 2013 We spent a glorious week in mid September in this apartment. Everything was just right: the weather, the accommodation, the location, the free parking, the cheap and frequent Arriva bus service. This top floor flat with a spacious balcony offers diverse views across the Sliema area so you can peek into gardens across and below or watch the flocking birds at twilight. This discreet balcony means you can breakfast, sunbathe or sip your evening aperitif in complete privacy. It's location means you are a short walk from the nearest bus stop and the sea front is not much further. In the immediate locality there are lots of small shops to suit breakfast and snacks. If you are planning on eating in there is an amazing fridge to store your food. I would recommend Scotts of Amery Street for all your grocery needs. If you like sightseeing and museum visits the all inclusive pass at 30 Euros is a worthwhile investment as is the bus pass, 12 euros for a 7 day pass of unlimited travel on Malta. One last tip to make sure you have an excellent shower, the extreme left switch on the wall outside the bathroom door is the water pump, turn it on! I would like to return to this apartment again to visit all the places in Malta that I missed.
