This elegant villa (400m2) built on two levels on a 1100m2 plot, offers you four beautiful and spacious bedrooms plus one single service bedroom, four bathrooms (two of them en suite) a large and bright living room and an impressive brand new fully equipped kitchen.

On the ground floor of the villa you have a very elegant vintage design kitchen, a very versatile space adapted to respond to the most sophisticated expectations. The furniture is elegant, yet conceived to fulfill your need of modern brand new equipment: Smeg gas stove, electrical oven with 2 compartments, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, dishwasher, wine cooler, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle, microwave. The kitchen island may serve as a place to prepare your meals or to have a snack sitting on the bar stools. The wooden dining table is spacious and can easily serve six guests. The details are carefully chosen as to combine your need of a beautiful design and functional purposes. The space is versatile, as you may serve your meals behind the large glass gliding doors, or you may merge the kitchen with the outer space of the terrace and garden.

The living room is bright and spacious. Its three sofas are destined to let you enjoy your favorite program on the flat screen TV or to have a cup of coffee while chatting with your dear ones. The space is homey and appealing through the wooden fireplace and the beautiful garden views.

Two of the guest bedrooms are placed on the ground floor. One of them has two single beds (2x90x190cm), a nightstand with lamp, a spacious recessed wardrobe and allows you to exit to the main terrace. The second guest bedroom has a queen size bed (1x150x200cm) with two nightstands with lamps, air conditioner, central heating and a large recessed wardrobe. These bedrooms share a family bathroom with bathtub with shower, double sink, toilet, bidet. Also on the ground level there is a service bathroom with toilet and sink.

As you go up the stairs you get to the first floor of the villa. Here you have the third ensuite guest bedroom that has two single beds (2x90x190cm) and a nightstand with lamp. It has an exit to a neat terrace with two comfortable armchairs and a coffee table. This bedroom also has air conditioner and spacious recessed wardrobes. The ensuite bathroom has a bathtub with shower, bidet, double sink and toilet.

The master bedroom is also on the first level of the villa and it was thought more as a suit room. The suit consists of the main bedroom that has a super kingsize bed (1x180x200cm), recessed wardrobes, nightstands with lamps; an impressive ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub that allows you to enjoy beautiful views from the large window, double sink, a walk in shower, bidet and toilet; a very spacious dressing room designed to satisfy your need to deposit all your clothes and luggage; a fifth bedroom fitted with one single bed (1x90x190cm) and another fully equipped bathroom with bathtub, double sink, bidet and toilet.

From all three bedrooms upstairs you can exit on three separate terraces.

~ Terraces&Garden

The villa has 700m2 of beautiful garden all around. The private pool (8x4m) is placed among palm trees and is surrounded by sun loungers. Next to the pool you have a table for six. A few stairs separate the garden from the main terrace (45m2) that offers a sitting area with a comfortable sofa and armchairs around a coffee table. The dining area has a rattan table with eight armchairs. The terrace communicates with the living room, the kitchen and one of the guest bedrooms placed on the ground level. From here you have beautiful pool views and may enjoy the view of the urbanization.

The upper terraces are accessible from the bedrooms of the first floor. The main upper terrace (24m2) has a round wooden dining table for six. The second terrace has two comfortable armchairs and a wooden coffee table. The third upper terrace allows you to enjoy the beautiful subtropical vegetation, palm trees that you can nearly touch with your hands.

~ Neighborhood

The villa is located in beautiful Rosario neighborhood, a residential urbanization with private houses and villas, at just 7km from Marbella city center. This urbanization offers beautiful mountain views.

~ Beach

Playa el Alicate, is at 1.2km from the villa. El Alicate is a nice sandy beach, cleaned daily, with smooth entrance in the sea, no rocks and moderate waves. There are several beach restaurants and chiringuitos on the beach or in the proximity, like "Las Flores", "El Arenal", "Bono's Beach" or "Los Cano", from where you can also rent sunbeds and umbrellas.

~ Shopping&Restaurants

In 500m from the villa you'll find a SuperSol supermarket from where you can buy fresh vegetables, fresh fish and even fresh baked bread. In 1km there is an SuperCor supermarket, the only one opened 24h and in 1.5km you have other two local supermarkets, Lidl and Mercadona.

For your weekly shopping we recommend La Canada, the biggest mall in Costa del Sol, located at just 9km.

As for restaurants, you have several options at 500 m from the villa: Pizzeria El Rosario, Restaurant Don Quijote or Mama's Bakery. Los Cano is another restaurant in El Rosario placed at 1.4 km from the villa, very famous due to its delicious fresh seafood dishes, paella and roasted meats. On the beach you also have various restaurants and chiringuitos, South Beach Marbella, Bono's Beach, Poco Loco Beach or Chiringuito Hipopotamos Beach at 1.2 km from the villa.

~ Activities

There are two renowned golf courses within 1km from the villa. At only 900 meters you have Marbella Golf&Country Club (designed by the legendary Robert Trent Jones Senior) and Santa Clara Golf (18 hole golf course, par 71 designed by Enrique Canales Busquets). Also from here you can easily visit the major attractions of the area. In 12 minutes by car (8 km) you can visit the beautiful Old Town & Orange Square in Marbella. In just 20 minutes by car (19 km) you reach famous Puerto Banus, known as the pole of luxury and parties. Within 8 minutes (7km) drive you discover the hidden treasure of Costa del Sol, Puerto Cabopino. Malaga International Airport is at 40 minutes drive (45km).

If your kids need interesting activities we recommend Aventura Amazonia, a tree top park with amazing ziplines, ideal with friends and family. Also, Selwo Aventura, an amazing zoo and adventure park, is located at 30km from the villa.
