Spend a luxurious holiday in this brand new built and equipped villa (350m2) with five bedrooms, offering incredible sea views from bedrooms, bathrooms and terrace, 8x4 private pool and beautiful garden.

~ Inside

The south-facing villa, built on two levels on a 1300m2 plot, features five beautiful and spacious bedrooms, four bathrooms a large and bright living room with an open-plan brand new equipped kitchen.

Groundfloor you have the fascinating living room that offers beautiful sea views from every corner, due to wall sized glass sliding doors. The room is elegantly furnished with comfortable sofas from where you can enjoy the beauty that surrounds you or just watch your favorite TV programs. A dining area is set on the other side of the room with a modern 6 seat glass dining table. An open-plan kitchen is perfectly integrated in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances: oven,microwave, vitro ceramic, espresso coffee and normal coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, water kettle and all kitchen utensils are provided so you'll enjoy preparing your favorite dishes with a view.

Two spacious double bedrooms are located groundfloor. One bedroom is fitted with two single beds, has large wardrobes and a large window let the light invade the room. Second bedroom is fitted with a trundle bed, has large recessed wardrobe and access to the terrace through a large glass door. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated and furnished.

A modern-equipped bathroom with walk-in shower is placed between the two bedrooms, being easily accessible also from the living room and kitchen.

Going a few stairs up, next to main entrance, you have the third bedroom, fitted with a double bed, large wardrobes and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. A west-facing window makes the room brighter.

Forth bedroom is located on first floor, has two single beds, large wardrobe, a lounge area fitted with two armchairs and a coffee table placed near the glass door that opens to a lovely terrace from where you can admire an amazing sea view.

This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom, fitted with a walk-in shower and high quality accessories.

Master bedroom, located on second level, is beautifully arranged, has a comfortable double bed, large wardrobe, a lounge area with two armchairs and a glass table, has a gorgeous en-suite bathroom, fully equipped with jacuzzi bathtub and even from here you can admire the beautiful blue Mediterranean sea. Two large sliding glass doors open to a large terrace that leads up to the solarium.

~ Terraces&Garden

The villa has 1000m2 of beautiful garden all around. A south-facing terrace is accessible from the living room and one bedroom and is furnished with comfortable rattan sofa, armchairs, a 8-seat dining table and sun lounges where you can really enjoy your holiday.

There are two other terraces upstairs and a solarium where you can make the most of the sun and the views.

The 8x4m pool (depth from 1m to 1.9m) is right in front of the terrace and is also surrounded by a thick layer of green grass.

~ Neighborhood

The villa is located in beautiful Rosario neighborhood, a residential urbanization with private houses and villas, at just 7km from Marbella city center. The houses from the upper part of the neighborhood have incredible sea views, on clear sunny days you can even see The Rock of Gibraltar or Africa. Our villa is in the upper part so you get the best views in almost every room.

~ Beach

Playa el Alicate, is at 1.7km from the villa. El Alicate is a nice sandy beach, cleaned daily, with smooth entrance in the sea, no rocks and moderate waves. There are several beach restaurants and chiringuitos on the beach or in the proximity, like "Las Flores", "El Arenal", "Bono's Beach" or "Los Cano", from where you can also rent sunbeds and umbrellas.

~ Shopping&Restaurants

In 900m from the villa you'll find a SuperSol supermarket from where you can buy fresh vegetables, fresh fish and even fresh baked bread. In 2km there is an OpenCor supermarket, the only one opened 24h and in 6km you have other two local supermarkets, Lidl and Mercadona.

For your weekly shopping we recommend La Canada, the biggest mall in Costa del Sol, located at just 9km.

As for restaurants, the closest ones are at 900m from the villa. You have Da Fabio Italian restaurant, La Veranda Verde restaurant inside Royal Tennis Club, Mozaic and Lounge Bar, where you can serve breakfast, lunch or dinner. Los Cano is another restaurant in El Rosario, very famous due to its delicious fresh seafood dishes, paella and roasted meats. On the beach you also have various restaurants and chiringuitos, South Beach Marbella, Bono's Beach or Poco Loco Beach.

~ Activities

There are two renowned golf courses within 2km from the villa. Marbella Golf&Country Club (designed by the legendary Robert Trent Jones Senior) and Santa Clara Golf (18 hole golf course, par 71 designed by Enrique Canales Busquets). Also from here you can easily visit the major attractions of the area. In 12 minutes by car (8 km) you can visit the beautiful Old Town & Orange Square in Marbella. In just 20 minutes by car (19 km) you reach famous Puerto Banus, known as the pole of luxury and parties. Within 8 minutes (7km) drive you discover the hidden treasure of Costa del Sol, Puerto Cabopino. Malaga International Airport is at 40 minutes drive (45km).
