Extremely spacious, brightly decorated and modern flat in the heart of the city. 5 minutes walk from Princes Street and 2 minutes away from Grassmarket/Castle (the 2 main tourist destinations). Accommodates 5 people, 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms (one en-suite shower room) and 1 single bedroom. Fully equipped separate kitchen, large combined living room/diner (3 double sofas and large dining table with seating) with sunny aspect, second bathroom. Located on the first floor with a secure entry system and lift/elevator access. Double glazing and gas central heating throughout. Minimum stay 3 nights. Free WiFi and secure underground car park space

Great location!

We stayed for 3nights and loved the location. Upon arrival we had an issue with parking and had to use the nearest NCP for the duration of our stay. But we were refunded the cost of parking almost immediately after our departure which we really appreciated! I would definitely recommend this location and would love to stay here again.

Most definitely a good address

We were a party of 2 adults, 2 teenagers and a baby. The flat is spacious, nicely decorated and well suited for a family. It is also very convenient to visit the town and there's a Sainsbury less than 2 minutes away. We all slept really well. I must say the different exchanges we had with the owner were highly appreciated: he was quick to answer our questions and made everything he could to sort out a problem we had. Thank you Steven, we will book your place again if we come back to Edinburgh.

Great location

Apartment was clean, comfortable, warm and well kept. Meet and greet for the keys was easy to organise. The location is fantastic for seeing the city, we walked everywhere. The only criticism we could make was the kitchen - there wern't many cooking implements and only 2 pans and we struggled to get the dishwasher to work.

Great appartment in great location

We stayed here Friday - Monday for a girly weekend. We were very impressed with the apartment overall and its great location i.e. just a short walk to all the major sites and attractions. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Edinburgh. It offered great value for money and we will be back for future visits.

Great place, great value in central Edinburgh!

This was a terrific find with 3 bedrooms (two double & one single) and two bathrooms. The owner/manager was very accommodating. It is a quiet neighbourhood but only a few minutes' walk to Grassmarket - from there you can take two levels of steps that get you right by Edinburgh Castle. It is also not far to walk around the castle hill either side to get to Princes St. There are a couple of grocery stores close by. The kitchen has all the necessities. Beds were comfortable. This is more like a 4 star unit but I have taken into account the great value it offers, i.e. price, size, location etc. Everything was fine except for a few minor details that we left with the manager to check as they were not that important to us.

Perfect location
