Hi, I'm Emily. I have been involved in all aspects of property for over 25 years - from estate agency and rentals through to management of my own houses and apartments as well as hand-picked properties belonging to friends. As a property developer, I refurbish, renovate and build apartments and houses in central London and in East Sussex.

This flat is large, spacious and perfect for a couple or family wanting to stay in a great area with amazing transport links. Located in Kings Cross, this flat is very close to all the sights and fun London has to offer! We do all we can to ensure our guests have a great time and are happy to help with directions or suggestions of things to go do or see in the city.

What makes this apartment unique

In the heart of Kings Cross, yet the flat faces away from the road so no noise can be heard. The building has a lift and is on the second floor. It boasts high ceilings, bright and modern design and abundance of light and space.

A cot and highchair is available upon request - please let us know when booking.

Overall this is a good place to stay while visiting London for short stay- the best part is the service provided by the local management team! They were very helpful as I was new to the VRBO experience and they communicated well prior and during our trip- in fact we forgot an item after we left the property and they agreed to send to our next destination without hesitation! Very helpful

The location is close to popular kings cross underground and train station where you can get the tube and trains to rest of England so that was helpful- it's is also located near a waterway with pedestrian area to stroll in a developing area of the west end- lots of development happening with restaurants and future housing coming soon. You can tell this will be the next hot spot to live in London for millenials.

The building has a muster smell and this is do to mold growing in the elevator so that needs to be addressed by the building manager so that is why I gave 4 stars vs 5 stars. The flat itself is spacious with limited furniture which we liked due to our large suitcases- the master bed is good size but the sofa bed/couch is more like a full vs double if you are an American and used to bigger bed and can't fit more than one person so be prepared.

Ideally this flat is best for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 small children

Overall good service, location and cost make this a good place to stay in my opinion

very spacious, clean, well located

everything you need on a short vacation is provided (soap, coffee, detergents...). we traveled with 3 kids incl 2 baby twins. 2 baby cots were provided, one of them being brand new, thank you! only pb: we found the sofa bed uncomfortable.

otherwise grocery across the street, less than 10 min walk to kings cross/st pancras.very good communication before the stay, fast answers to any questions.

in short, very good value for the price!

A satisfactory stay

The flat was spacious , warm and comfortable. Well equipped bathroom. Bare walls and foors - could have given it a homely feel with a few rugs and pictures on the walls.

Could a mirror be put up in the hall - women like to use a hair dryer with a mirror close by.
