Modern and luxury Finca for 10 people with beautiful sea views

Luxury and modern Finca with quality finishes and tastefully decorated, respecting the traditional character with spacious and comfortable interiors. The area of the house is 225 m² and it has only one floor. It distributed over 5 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a wonderful kitchen with all modern conveniences and a big living and dining area. Most of bedrooms have direct access to pool’s terrace and beautiful sea views. There are 2 double bedrooms with bathroom en suite. It has central heating and a laundry with washing machine and clothes lines.

The house is surrounded by grass, plants and terraces. There are a barbecue area and a porch with a big dining area and rest area. You can enjoy Mallorca’s sun in a large pool with sunbeds and amazingly sea views.

Quite well communicated and with all services and variety of shops for daily needs at a really short distance, some of them opened on holidays. It has a varied cuisine and really good restaurants nearby. You can practice many water sports as well as cycling, jogging, skating, outdoor fitness, and so on.

Puig de sa Bassa is located out of town in a peaceful zone between Son Servera and Cala Millor, in the North-East of Mallorca.

Cala Millor and the nearby touristic areas of Sa Coma o S’Illot offer, besides sandy and wonderful beaches, international touristic environment with a lot of restaurants and different kind of water sport possibilities. Around Capdepera, Canyamel and Son Servera there are some excellent golf courses.

Visit Arta with its fantastic caves and beautifully renovated historic town center is a must. You can find out its narrow street and enjoy the real Mallorca life in one of the typical bars and restaurant. At the end of the day, in Cala Rajada you can find a funny and great nightlife by the promenade.
