Art Deco apartment renovated, sun terrace, panoramic and unobstructed, quiet, top floor, 10 mm beaches and Central Station. "A completely renovated (2013) apartment with 1 bedroom (new double-bed and AC), 1 bright sitting-room (sofa bed and AC), 1 open kitchen, 1 bathroom (shower and toilets) and a sunny 10 m2 terrace with table, 3 chairs and 2 lounge chairs surrounded by mediterranean plants.

This apartment is on the top floor (6th floor) of a magnificent Art Deco building with original lift. The decoration is inspired by the building's style and has all the modern facilities required for a great stay: AC (in all rooms), WIFI, cable TV, safe, new bed with new mattress. All furniture is new and in perfect condition.

The renting price includes 'meet and greet' and full clean after your departure.

Conveniently located, less than 400 meters, you will find the Nice main train station (direct to Monaco in 18 minutes or to Cannes in 30 minutes - trains every 15 minutes), the town centre (avenue Jean Medecin - main shopping street) and Notre-Dame church. There are many bus stops nearby to go to Monaco, Cannes and Antibes (bus 30 direct to the harbour).

The flat is within 15 minutes distance from the beach, 10 minutes walk from Saleya (famous market - on Mondays) and 10 minutes to the night life quarter. Many museums in the area.

It has all shops required at the feet of the building - bakeries (think French croissants), Carrefour market, butcher, cheese shop... and restaurants.

I have been living the area of Nice for over 3 years and enjoy its primary location with all you required from the beach, to the mountains (1.5 hours by car, you can ski) to the city.

Why Yves chose Nice

I love the architecture of this building and the great environment and neighbourhood give it a feel of living the life of the cote d'Azur. After going to the market and did all my shopping, I can then cook a delicious provencal meal. After a quick siesta, I can then go to the beach and enjoy the sunshine. A quick drink at home on the terrace and I am off to enjoy Nice by night.

What makes this apartment unique

A unique terrace big enough to enjoy sun lounging or take all meals in a relaxing setting.

A clear view over the roofs of Nice gives a feel of Italian lifestyle.

D'abord il faut dire qu'on a passé un séjour magnifique à Nice! Notamment grâce à votre appartement! Nous étions très contents avec tous: la cuisine avec son équipement, la petite salle de bains, la chambre, le balcon et même le couloir. En plus l'appartement était très propre!

Clean, quaint property within walking distance to everything.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay at Jewel. Great location between the train station and everything you should see in Nice. Clean property. Enough room for a couple. Our host was nice and responsive.

Ticks every single box. Exactly what we hoped for 🤗񕰾񕴗

Location - perfect. Close to the station and main shopping street straight down to Place Messina and the sea.

Appartment - beautiful. Clean, perfectly equipped and lovely bathroom. Sitting with the huge windows open in the kitchen in the evening means you are truly living French life.

Walk north in the evening to Cimiez to Chigal museum, the park with Roman ruins and the stunning monestry and park. See where Queen Victoria stayed at the impressive Regina building.

Truly French experience that far outstrips any hotel

PS supermarket on the next corner.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Pierre wartete auf uns vor die Haustüre und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die wohnung ist sehr schön renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Dass Bett ist sehr bequem. Wir habe uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Dass einsigste was stören konnte ist dass es recht viel verkehr hat, vorallem zu die stosszeiten.

Very Nice stay!

My friend and I came over for the Monaco Grand Prix and wanted a place that was inexpensive and in a good location. We got exactly what we wanted staying here and in all fairness the photos don't do it justice! After a long day walking around Nice and surrounding areas, sitting on the roof terrace with a couple of beers was exactly what was called for! The apartment is in a great location, 1 minute walk from the nearest Carrefour, 5 minute walk from the train station with links to Monaco (very useful), and a 10/15 minute walk to the beach and old town. All in all everything went very smoothly, with thanks to Yves and Pierre and I would highly recommend the apartment as a good get away holiday option.

Great location perfect sized for couple

We were very pleased with the unit, it was comfy and close to the train station and walking distanced to the old city of Nice and coast. We were there 3 days and would go back. Yves was extremely helpful.
