The one-storey villa with a size of 120 m2 counts with three bedrooms and is ideal families or groups of friends. There are 3 bedrooms. The first one is fitted with a bunk bed (for up to three people), the second one comes with a double bed and the third one also has another double bed and an en suite bathroom. In this room there is a sofa where someone else could sleep if you wish so. Then, the capacity of the house would be normally for 6 people and maximum for 8 people. Apart from the en suite bathroom, which is equipped with a shower cabin, there are other two bathrooms. There are 3 fans for the bedrooms.
Sit down in the spacious living area and spend your time reading a good book, watching television or just take a nap. There is air conditioning in the living room and in the kitchen. The dining area is located in the independent kitchen and it has a table and seats for 10 people. The kitchen is well equipped.
The exteriors are beautiful: step outside and have a barbecue, swim in the pool or just relax in the terrace. The terrace is furnished with two tables and seats for 10 people. Next to the private pool, 8 x 4 meters, there is an area with sun loungers for you to get tanned. There are 6.000 m2 of land with lots of almond trees, orange trees, etc.
If you are very active you will for sure enjoy the tennis court and basketball court that you will find right behind the house. There is also a table tennis to spend summer afternoons playing with family and friends.
There is one direct neighbor and a few others which are situated in the surroundings, but house and its installations are completely private. You will be able to park up to 3 cars outside the house in an uncovered space.
The house is only 3.5 km from the closest village, Campanet, and 6 km far from Sa Pobla, where you will find most of the things you will need during your stay: supermarket, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. The beautiful village Pollença is also quite close. This place is worth a visit, you will enjoy its tiny cobbled streets with lots of shops, you will be able to go up to Calvari, a tiny church on the top of the village, where you will enjoy the astonishing views of the surroundings.
In only 20 minutes driving by car you will reach the beach of Capellans / Can Picafort. Apart of this beach area discover the main beach of Can Picafort with its animated sea promenade, the quiet zone of Playa de Muro and the crystal clear waters of the beaches of the municipality of Alcúdia.
We recommend visiting this house during spring, autumn and winter as well, as it has fireplace and central heating. You will be able to enjoy the hike trails around the mountains and the beautiful villa of Campanet. From this lovely villa you can discover and admire the awesome landscapes of Serra de Tramuntana, which was recently declared UNESCO World Heritage Site. This will be a different way to enjoy the beauty of the island!
NOTE: We cannot accept guests under 23 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

Please, do not mark babies ( from 0 to 2 years old) as children. Guests between the ages of 2 and 15 are considered children. Guests who are 16 years old are considered adults.
Das gemütliche Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was ein Haushalt haben muss. Die Außenanlagen ist groß und gepflegt es ist genügend Platz für 8 Personen allerdings eher für Familien geeignet. Ein großer Pool dessen Wasserqualität drei mal die Woche geprüft wird. Einziger Nachteil der Pool hat nur bis etwa 13 Uhr Sonne somit ist das Wasser etwas kälter. Lebensmittelläden warn mit dem Auto schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Wie waren sehr zufrieden und können dieses traumhafte Stück Land nur weiter empfehlen.
