133A is situated on the Gramacho golf complex near Carvoeiro this beautifully presented spacious 2 bedroom bungalow offers fantastic accommodation for your holiday.
This is a single storey Bungalow with no apartment on top, situated on a well maintained complex within the Gramacho golf resort. On entrance to the property you will find a spacious hall leading through to a modern lounge with two large comfortable sofa's and two chairs, a large TV (containing a very good selection of channels in different languages), DVD and CD player for all your home comforts.There is a ceiling fan which is great during hot season plus a wood burning stove which is ideal for winter lets. From the lounge there is access to a bright and spacious conservatory with dining table and chairs providing a comfortable eat in setting with views over the attractive gardens.
There are two spacious bedrooms, the double room has access to the garden area via the patio doors. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and a large fan which is ideal for the hot summer months. The double bedroom has a TV and en-suite bathroom with bath and over bath shower, toilet, bidet and double sink. The twin room has two single beds and air conditioning with a large fan. There is an additional bathroom with a large shower which can be used as a family bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals throughout your holiday, there is a fridge/freezer, gas and electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster and everything else you need for a self catering holiday.
The outside area of this property is beautiful, there is a table and chairs and a optional canopy offering extra shade if required, the terrace looks out over the gardens and pool area. There is a small children's pool (0.50m) and a large pool (heated in the winter months) with a spacious surrounding terrace with loungers and parasols. There is a small BBQ available to use.
There is a covered pool near the clubhouse , there is a small daily charge to use this but it's ideal for the cooler months.
Situated on a 24hr secured golf course for added peace of mind this spacious bungalow is just steps away from a club house and a small supermarket providing guests with plenty of convenience.
WiFi and Air Conditioning is provided at no extra cost. We also provide one pool towel per person so that you can save a bit of room in your luggage.
We really love our holidays here, we spend many evenings on the terrace and it's lovely to have the pool just a short walk across the garden area. The house is spacious and easily big enough for a family of 4. There is air conditioning for the summer months as well as ceiling fans in the lounge and bedrooms and we have a lovely log burner for the winter months. The house is only a 5 minute walk from the clubhouse where we often sit and enjoy the views over the 18th fairway, you can also eat here if you don't want to go into the village. There is a mini market on site which is ideal for picking up daily essentials but the large supermarket is only a short drive away.
Managers Emma and Mike were the most helpful and amenable we have ever had in 10 years of renting apartments. We enjoyed our stay very much. All the ingredients for a relaxing break are in place. The accommodation met our expectations. We made full use of the large TV for the Olympics, the WIFI & the barbecue. The fig tree at the back in August is an extra I appreciated. The mid-stay clean was thorough. Site security is good. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The pool is lovely & only a few footsteps from the bungalow. Local information & dining recommendations also excellent. Highly recommended.
The property is situated on a very well cared for golf complex with excellent security. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped - a real 'home from home' which was important to us as we had our 1 year old granddaughter with us. I particularly loved the glass conservatory and large patio which overlooked the beautiful gardens and virtually private pool (reserved for use by a limited number of properties). This enabled us to enjoy the sunsets and views late into the evening. Emma and Mike were there to greet us and provided a very nice welcome pack, with some of the basic essentials and a nice bottle of wine! The information pack that they put together was extremely informative about the apartment, the local area and traffic laws etc. There was a list of useful phone numbers for local doctors etc. and some nice recommendations for restaurants, some of which we tried and loved! My husband and son-in-law enjoyed some nice rounds of golf and we girls got to check out the local spa hotel which was a ten minute walk away. We particularly enjoyed the nearby 'Slide and Splash' waterpark which was less than a ten minute drive away and kept us entertained all day. We had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this property to my friends and family.
We have stayed on both Gramacho and Pinta in the past many times and had some good and bad accommodation. But this property was without doubt one of the best we have stayed in. It was very clean all furnishings were in good order and it had everything that you could need for a self catering holiday.
We were met by Emma and Mike on arrival and also they came to see us on departure. It is very well situated for the club house for a drink or a meal .But there are loads of really good places to eat and drink in the area if one of you does not mind doing the driving. Overall this is a great holiday home suitable for golfers and non golfers alike.
This beautiful 2 bedroom ground floor bungalow is situated on the well maintained Gramacho Golf resort located just a 45 minute drive from Faro Airport, and just a short drive from the popular towns of Carvoeiro and Ferragudo, a number of gorgeous beaches and various other holiday attractions.
Tourists return to Carvoeiro year after year, unable to resist the charm this town offers, Situated between Lagos and Albufeira, Carvoeiro is known for it´s relaxed and friendly environment perfect for winding down and experiencing what the Algarve has to offer.
There are a number of secluded sandy beaches where you can spend hours relaxing or take a boat trip and visit the magical coves (grotto´s) of the Western Algarve. Although smaller and less commercial than some of the other towns Carvoeiro enjoys some of the best cuisine around. There are a number of traditional Portuguese restaurants where the fresh fish on offer is highly recommended, or alternatively you can choose from Indian, Italian, Tapas, Chinese or English cuisine. During the day you will find a selection of cafe´s and small bars where you can sample some of the traditional Portuguese pastries and fresh croissants.
You don´t have to be a keen golfer to enjoy the Gramacho resort, there are two swimming pools just steps away from the apartment, both fully equipped with loungers and parasols or you may choose to sit on the bungalow's terrace On site there are also tennis courts and the golf club restaurant and bar where you can get food and drink conveniently throughout the day as well as a small supermarket for all the essentials.
If you fancy something slightly more adventurous there is the slide ´n´ splash waterpark nearby (5 minute drive) or take a trip to Zoo Marine (25 minute drive) which is great for a family day out.

To secure the property we require a 30% non refundable deposit, the remaining balance inclusive of breakage deposit is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms and the Wireless internet is included in the price.
We require a £150/180€ breakage deposit with the final balance payment, this is fully refundable as long as there are no major breakages (please see terms and conditions at time of booking)
The house will be available from 14:30 and departure time is 10:00, we do try and be flexible where possible and it is dependant on other bookings. We are flexible with changeover days as long as we don't lose too many nights between bookings.
We are happy to discuss winter lets, the rates are negotiable but electricity is charged separately.
We will consider shorter bookings (minimum 5 nights) but there will be an additional cost for cleaning
