A fully renovated penthouse directly on the sea. The apartment is completely surrounding terrace which provides a view of both the sea and on the National Park (Parque Natural de l'Empordà)!

It is the ideal place if you are looking for a varied holiday: sea, beach, mountains and culture. Both the passive and the active tourist can find themselves there (cycling, surfing, boating, hiking, running, swimming, rollerblading, scuba diving ...)

The apartment is on the third (top) floor and has 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms with double beds and the third room with four single beds.
There are 2 bathrooms, one with shower, sink and toilet and the 2nd with bath, 2 sinks and toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

In the living room there is a table (extendable to 6 persons) with chairs and an armchair. There is a television with DVD player.

On the spacious sun terrace with a patio table for 8 people, a small terrace table for 4, chairs, lounge and deck chairs. If you prefer shade, then the push of a button is enough to extend the awning automatically.

Your car can be protected on the ground. Handy are also outside showers and storage for beach gear.

From the terrace you have a perfect view of your children playing on the beach.

Pleasure yachts can be placed over the large swimming area in the bay to a buoy (paid by the harbourmaster).
