The apartment is only a few minutes walk from Javea port with its popular beach bars, restaurants and shops.

This stylish penthouse apartment with pool and bay views is in the much sought after Jardines del Gorgos complex. Within the gated grounds there are beautiful Mediterranean gardens with two super swimming pools, plus a small children's pool. There is also a paddle tennis court and gym with a heated indoor swimming pool and hot tub.

The apartment is extremely well furnished with marble floors, air-conditioning and a lift. It has a fantastic large south facing terrace with views of the gardens the pools and the bay.

This beautiful sunny terrace is furnished with dining table and chairs for al-fresco dining, sun loungers and casual seating for evening drinks or just relaxing. There are also extensive awnings which can be extended should the sun be too hot to handle and being a south facing penthouse apartment it is ideal for a long winter let.

The apartment comprises entrance hall with security intercom system, open plan living dining and a separate fully fitted kitchen. The master bedroom has fully fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. The second twin bedroom has fully fitted wardrobes and there is a second family bathroom. Amazing

The property was exactly as described very beautiful and spacious and in a prime position for walking to the Port of Javea and the Arenal. The gardens and pools were immaculately kept and also the communal areas, we couldn't have wished for a more relaxing holiday. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed. Would certainly not hesitate to return.

Gorgeous apartment.

This apartment is situated in an excellent position. Close to supermarkets, the port, the old town and a short walk to the sea front. The Arenal is a pleasant 10/15 min walk along.

Although it has everything at hand, it was also nice and quiet with no noisy traffic. The terrace is huge and the views from there are beautiful. It was nice to be able to sit in different areas at different times. It is a very spacious and clean apartment.

The kitchen is very well equipped and Kate and Adrian had made available plenty of kitchen and bathroom supplies.

They have been a pleasure to deal with and both very helpful.

I would not hesitate in recommending this lovely apartment and hope to return.

Excellent apartment

We booked this apartment as part of a number of rentals for a group of 18 members of our family. Everything had been thought of. Lovely furniture, comfortable beds and a very well equipped kitchen. Highly recommended for a lovely holiday at any time of the year.

Quiero dejar mi gratitud por escrito sobre este piso.He estado 4 días, hasta el 1 de abril, y en principio iba hasta el 4 de abril, pero mi madre fue operada, y Adriano, la persona que lleva este apartamento, me hizo precio especial, lo he agradecido mucho, que haya gente tan buena y comprensiva.

El piso es precioso, limpísimo, repetiré pronto.Perfecto.sitio tranquilo y a un paseo del centro.

Javea is located on the Costa Blanca and is situated on a beautiful stretch of coast line with its own fabulous sandy beach.

The area is dominated by the Mongo mountain and is sheltered by the surrounding hills which help to create a unique micro climate. Inland the valleys are covered with olive, orange, lemon and almond trees.

Javea consists of three district areas, the Old town on the hill with its Spanish charm, local markets, churches and architecture. The busy Port area with its local bars, cafes' and shops, and of course the fishing boats which supply the local shops and restaurants with an abundance of fresh fish. Finally there is the Arenal with its beautiful sandy beach, promenade and great restaurants. Linking the Arenal and the Port is the Av.del Mediterraneo with its great night life and lively beach bars.

Whatever your interests there really is something for everyone in Javea.
