Our luxury home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with walk-in shower and a private entry level dressing room. The master bedroom has its own TV and views to the swimming pool. The other 2 bedrooms have shared bathroom with bath and shower. The second largest bedroom has also its own led TV. The living area consists of a family sitting room and dining room with double doors to the swimming pool. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table. The swimming pool is completely protected and is equipped with table and chairs. Villa is located on a dead end on a lake in a residential area, what stays for tranquility and little or no traffic. Large 2 car garage. Washing machine and dryer in the garage. Free telephone for national calls, free Wi-Fi and cable TV with over 200 channels.
The swimming pool and terrace are South faced what means a warranty on sun from dawn to dusk.
You are only 15 minutes from the theme parks including Disney World, Seaworld, Universal Studios, etc. ..

Home from home

A beautiful villa with everything you need and more ,brilliant location handy to everywhere and in a lovely quiet neighborhood,villa is spotless and the owners are fantastic,nothing is a problem for ANN-MARIE ,GEERT2 2 owners who care about their guests ,have booked again and cannot wait to arrive would definitely recommend for a hassle free stay

Recommendation for this property - superb

If you want a very reasonably priced no hassle stay in Kissimmee with direct access to all of the resorts and parks then this is the place for you. The location Well situated off the 192 with access to all amenities within 10 minutes Walmart is 2 minutes away Disney world is straight down the 192 about 20 minutes All other locations (Universal/Seaworld etc) are within 30 minutes drive. The I4 is 20 minutes too Florida Mall 30 minutes Anyone who knows Florida knows that those times are based on the everlasting red lights and the traffic. Very very easy to get to. The property Superb. 2 areas to eat TV's in every room, each with separate cable assess. Well decorated and comfortable. Would easily accommodate larger families (there were 4 of us) Fridge big enough for everything. Washer and dryer in garage (not that you'll need the dryer). Lots of towels and basic essentials you'll need. Pool area is ideal for the family and always warm. The service We had an issue with an A/C leak. Phoned the management company at 9. They called back at 930 and the fault was fixed when we got back from the park. Superb service. Would I stay here again? Absolutely yes.

Beautiful home from home

We've just had a fantastic 2 weeks in this villa. It's very clean & had all your home comforts (including comfy beds) & a fab south facing pool deck so it had sun ALL day/early eve. My dad loved reading on the porch, enjoying the tranquility & watching the storks stolling by on their way to the lake. As frequent visitors to the area we like to spend time chilling around the pool so we definately hope to stay in your home again! Thanks AnnMarie we'll be in touch soon.
