The chic, freestanding villa is located close to the Mediterranean sea in the beautiful residential area of San Jaime, between the romantic fishing village of Moraira and Benissa-Costa.

The villa was completely renovated, modernised and newly outfitted in the spring of 2013.

In the 850 m2 mediterranean garden with south-westerly orientation, the private pool and outside shower will provide fresh relief in the summer warmth. Shade can be enjoyed under the mighty palmtrees. All the bedrooms and the open living/dining area are equipped with the latest in A/C technology for cooling and heating. An open fireplace provides comfortable heat in the colder periods. The open, american kitchen is fully equipped with a large refridgerator/freezer, a dishwasher and a separate oven.

The flatscreen televisionset tunes in on programmes from the Astra satellite. The nearest beach is approx. 5 minutes by car. Supermarkets and restaurants are a 3 minute drive distance.

Bed- and bathrooms

Both bedrooms on the upper floor have new, hotel-quality, german build boxspring beds, as well as built-in wardrobes. The bedroom on the bottom floor has 2 individual beds.

The bathrom on the top floor has a bathtub with a glass shower screen. The bathoom on the bottom floor has a modern shower.

Why Maurice & Marijke chose San Jaime

Moraira is a very special place on the Costa Blanca. Extremely modern and sophisticated, but not spoiled by mass tourism or the arrogant power of big finance which already ruined so many places. Moraira is characterized by the many permanent, international residents who live there most of the year. This has the benefit that the facilities and services outside the season remain mostly intact (think of the gastronomy, shops, etc.). Outside two mistakes of the 70s of last century, you will find no high-rise building in Moraira. The guests who visit Moraira do this as a conscious choice. Because of the absence of the infamous mass entertainment (streets filled with disco’s, theme parks, etc.), Moraira remains a favourite resort, of a certain level, for guests who know to appreciate it.

What makes this villa unique

The property lies on a totally flat plot. The garden is extensive and has a real lawn. You will enjoy total peace and privacy. Parking is done in the shade of the carport on the property itself. All rooms are equipped with airconditioning.

Perfect for us

This was the perfect sized villa for us (three adults and a 2 year old). We have holidayed in and around Moriara for a number of years so knew the location well. The villa is situated up in the hills just a short drive from town and the conveniently located supermarket at the bottom of the hill. The grounds were very well tended to and the villa was nicely decorated with some really lovely modern twists. We had everything we needed (including an assortment of pool paraphernalia) and spent many a day around the pool and several barbecues. We would definitely look to book this villa again next year with the newest family member born last month. If we had to criticise anything it would be the poor wifi but this is why we go on holiday: to get away from it all!

Mooie en schone villa met ruime tuin en zwembad

Wij waren hier met 4 volwassenen en 2 peuters. Villa is rustig en veilig gelegen. Villa is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ruime tuin met grasveld is een plus voor de kleintjes om rond te rennen. Babybedjes waren zonder matras geleverd. We hebben het zelf opgelost met een dikke deken als matras. De makelaar zou dit voor de volgende keer aanschaffen. Hij was heel behulpzaam hierin. De bedden hebben een goede matras. Dit was ook een plus. WiFi is erg traag. Online filmpje kijken kan je vergeten. Tip voor de eigenaar om hierin te investeren? De restaurants in de omgeving zijn op loopafstand. Persoonlijk vonden wij het gezelliger om in het centrum te eten. Naar de supermarkt en strand is het 20-30 min lopen. Wij hebben hier genoten van onze vakantie!

Owner's Response: Vriendelijk dank voor uw positieve commentaar. Wij doen ons best het iedereen zoveel mogelijk naar de zin te maken. Graag maken wij van de gelegenheid gebruik om te reageren op 2 van uw opmerkingen. De babybedjes hadden wel degelijk matrasjes, echter deze vond u té dun. Fijn dat u het zelf kon oplossen. Voor de toekomst schaffen wij nieuwe matrasjes aan. Wat betreft de WiFi... de eigenaar zou er veel geld voor over hebben om meer bandbreedte te kunnen krijgen. Wat dit betreft zijn we afhankelijk van de internet providers. Helaas is deze markt nog niet zo geoptimaliseerd als in Nederland, en moeten we voor sommige locaties blij zijn dat er überhaupt een internet aansluiting beschikbaar is. Desondanks blijven we ons best doen de moderne techniek in onze huurvillas te kunnen aanbieden.

Erg net huis in een luxe wijk met veel privacy

Airco in alle ruimtes, horren in de ramen tegen muggen en andere beesten. Een heerlijk zwembad en twee machtig mooie palmbomen waar je heerlijk met een boek onder kan vertoeven. Weinig dingen op loopafstand dus een auto is wel nodig. Het eten in de omgeving is of heel goed, maar kan ook ontzettend slecht zijn. Laat je informeren door de lokale inwoners of door de verhuurders van de villa.

Owner's Response: Ja, de villa is geheel compleet uitgerust met alle vormen van comfort. Fijn dat jullie dit nog even wilden vermelden. Wat betreft de kwaliteit van de restaurants... ja, dat kan helaas wel eens tegenvallen. Gelukkig leggen wij (de verhuurders) altijd onze persoonlijke lijst met favoriete restaurants in de villa, zodat onze gasten hier hun voordeel mee kunnen doen. Heerlijk

12 heerlijke dagen gehad!

Huis ziet er echt keurig uit, alles is aanwezig.

Bedden zijn goed en alles is goed schoon.

Alles is goed bereikbaar met de auto.

Als er iets was konden we ook altijd contact opnemen en kwamen ze langs.

Wij zouden dit zo aan andere aanbevelen.

Fantastisch

Keurige en gezellige woning. Alles is aanwezig. Keukengerei in staat van nieuw. Alles is aanwezig. Meubilair modern en van deze tijd. Uitstekende bedden. Goede badkamers. Tuin netjes onderhouden. Voldoende tuinmeubilair. Heerlijk zwembad. Geen uitzicht maar daarvoor in de plaats heerlijk privacy.

We komen graag terug.
