Enjoy your vacation stay in our lovely 3 bedroom/3 bathroom unit located in Sawgrass Country Club.

Ground floor features of the condo include spacious living and dining areas with sweeping lake and golf course views. Three bedrooms accommodate up to 6 guests: king-sized bed in the upstairs master, ground floor queen bedroom, and ground floor bedroom 2 twin beds. Fully-furnished with smart and/or roku TVs, WI-FI outfitted, modern kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, wash/dryer and use of linens & towels. Garage accommodates two cars and includes several bicycles and beach chairs for your convenience as well.

Minimum of two week rental. Monthly rentals preferred with discount.

We are a short walk or bike ride to the beach where you can enjoy the day relaxing or looking for seashells and shark teeth. Temporary Sawgrass monthly "Stay and Play" memberships are optional for a separate fee which allow access to the beach club, fitness center, tennis courts, multiple dining facilities, swimming pools, and 27-holes of championship golf.

Sawgrass is a gated community located in beautiful Ponte Vedra Beach, FL nearby to many local restaurants and shopping areas.

We are conveniently located close to the Jacksonville airport, St. Augustine, Amelia Island and the Mayo Clinic.

Bright, Spacious Rental with Perfect Location

This property has a great open floor plan, with lots of natural light, spacious bedrooms and lots of dresser/closet space. The location is perfect....situated on a golf course, with access to pool, beach and great restaurants/shops. The property comes with bikes which is nice for riding to the beach. My family really enjoyed sitting on the covered porch with views of the water way. The property really has everything you need, from kitchen supplies, to washer/dryer, towels, linens, pillows, etc. The home is clean, cared for, and just a wonderful vacation rental!!

Sawgrass home!

Beautiful condo

The condo is very spacious, beautifully decorated and has all well stocked. Very peaceful overlooking the pond and golf course. Owners were provided great service.

Perfect Place!

We had the most wonderful time here! Beautiful and spacious condo! The layout was perfect for our family. Everything was clean, well equipped and ready for us. The location was fantastic! We loved riding bikes throughout the community to the pool and beach. Stephanie was so helpful with getting everything set up for us and providing us with information about Sawgrass and the surrounding area.

Great Ponte Vedra Spot

Why they chose this property

Our family has been coming to Sawgrass to vacation for two decades. We love enjoying this unique beach and golf community. We've rented in a few different condos and fell in love with the Little Bay Harbor community. It's large live oak lined streets and waterfront lanais are special features to enjoy.
