3 rooms, perfect for a family, ski-in/ski-out, in the area of La Falaise

43 sqm duplex in Elinka apartment building on the 5th and 6th floor : 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, 2 WC (one separate WC). Ski-in/ski out, close to the departures for ESF skiing and close to the village of children.

Ideally located in the sought-after area of La Falaise, shops are very close to the building : bakery, supermarket, cafés and restaurants.

Comfortable and functional apartment with plenty of storage space, ideal for families. South east orientation. Prices include beds made on arrival, all bedding, towels.

At the first level: 1 entrance with cupboards, 1 fully equipped open plan kitchen, 1 dining area for 6 people, 1 living room with 1 comfortable sofa-bed (2 sleeping arrangements available), 1 balcony with a nice view of the mountains and the resort. 1 bathroom with a bath, 1 separate toilet. Level 2: 1 bedroom with a 140 bed which can also have a baby cot, 1 bedroom for children with bunk beds, 1 shower room with shower and toilets, cupboards in a recess of the wall in the master bedroom. Secured and heated ski locker in the ski room of the building.

Excellent location and well maintained property.

The accommodation is very close to the drop off point for transport and is perfect for what we needed. A well equipped kitchen and basic provisions was provided which was appreciated. The accommodation was very clean and the pictures are a perfect reflection of the internal aspects of the apartment. Would highly recommend and would book again. Thank you.

Fabulous Apartment !!!!

We choose to do a book it yourself holiday this time and picked a winner in the apartment. We are 2 adults, a 6yr old and 2 yr old and was perfect. Enough space for everyone and enough space not to be living on top of each other 24/7...

It had all mod cons and was overall a neat and tidy, modern place to stay. If you know Avoriaz, the apartment is located at the top end near the 'drop off and pick up parking zone. Not to close to be affected but close enough to be able to get your luggage back and forth easy enough..There is a supermarket and restaurants opposite. The walk to the 'center' is 5/15 min depending if you are pulling a 2 year old on a sledge and 6 year old on skis or not.

We were met by a lovely lady named Carole who showed us the apartment and was in town all the time if we needed anything, infact she was everywhere, we probably saw her walking around town daily. But having this contact was a god send as she stored our cases for us on the day of departure as we have a late flight until we needed them.

Lack of snow!!! what lack of snow ????? Skiing was also great

If we go back to Avoriaz we will definitely think about re booking this apartment.

Brilliant Apartment in a Great Location

This was our first family holiday to Avoriaz, and first non chalet based skiing holiday. Having two youngish kids (8 & 6) I was keen to get the right accommodation for location with easy access on arrival, access to slopes and restaurants. Sophie (the owner) could not have been more helpful both before and during our stay. Whilst a local management company looks after the day to day whilst you are visiting (Carole was also excellent) Sophie is always contactable and very helpful when needed. The Apt is a 2 min walk from the arrival station (car drop off zone) in Avoriaz meaning it is walkable with all bags and young kids -no need to wait for transfers. It is 30 seconds from the local Sherpa supermarket and right beside a number of good restaurants (La Falaise pizzeria and Le Chapka are both to be recommended). Personally I think the Falaise area of Avoriaz is the nicest and most convenient with great views. The apartment is compact (as is all French accommodation) but beautifully decorated and well maintained. We were a family of 4 and it was spacious enough for us. It has a modern tv with multiple access points (hdmi and old style scart / coloured connectors). There are plenty of dishes, an oven, microwave and a good sized fridge. Being on the 5th floor it means there is great views across the resort from the front and down the valley towards Morzine from the back. However the stand out for me was the access to the Proclou run - an easy family friendly blue that allowed us all to warm up, boys loved the jumps before picking up the Proclou chair back for lessons or accessing Lindaret. I highly recommend Avoriaz as a resort and this apartment as a base. Thank you Sophie (and Carole) and we hope to return. Very best wishes, Jonathan and family (Edinburgh)

Exceptional ski area of Les Portes du Soleil with 650 km of slopes. A completely pedestrian resort where sledges are taxis. Avoriaz is a sought after destination for skiing located right in the heart of the ski area of Les Portes du Soleil, which will surprise you by its originality. The resort is always under the snow, and the cars are prohibited so you can always have your skis on to wander between the wooden residences which bend in the landscape. It is also a lively resort on a daily basis where you will satisfy all your needs of relaxation and getting away, very close to your home!
