It is a spacious and bright corner apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, in total 170 m2. From the entrance you arrive in the central vestibule with access to kitchen, bedrooms and living room. The spacious living room has sliding doors to the large terrace of 45 m2 and offers generous outside living room. The salon is equipped with spacious dining area and sitting area with fireplace.

The prestigious and sought after Torrequebrada Golf Resort apartment complex boasts well-maintained large communal gardens with tropical flowers, plants and trees, different multiple swimming pools with sunbathing areas for young and old and parasols and is closed by means of an electric gate, moreover, with permanent concierge and video surveillance.

Fantástico apartamento de vacaciones

Nos alojamos aquí para pasar un largo fin de semana en junio, y nos encantó el apartamento. Está muy bien situado, a 5 minutos del pueblo de Benalmadena, principal de la ciudad y restaurantes, y a menos que un km de la costa. El apartamento era mas grande lo que necesitábamos, con la terraza buen protegido para nuestro gemelos. Amplio apartamento para ellos para jugar dentro y afuera abajo en el jardín. Ademas una cocina enorme y muy limpio. La piscina encantadora y relajante (es lo suficientemente grande para hacer largos si te gusta nadar temprano por la mañana, tiene 11 m de largo), y desde la terraza tiene una hermosa vista del mar - realmente relajante sentarse por toda la tarde.

Fue muy fácil tratar con Claudia, que respondió a nuestros e-mails a las pocas horas. También nos dio algunos consejos sobre la zona - si puedes, sin duda le recomendaría ir a cenar a restaurante los Mellizos.

El apartamento nos pareció muy rápido llegar desde el aeropuerto (ca. 25 minutos - Claudia envió sencillas indicaciones a seguir). También está a medio camino entre Málaga y Marbella, así que pudimos tomar un viaje de un día un día (que recomiendo hacer).

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en Casa Claudia y, sin duda, volveremos

I recently stayed at Casa Claudia with my family. I am living in Málaga city and my family lives in Holland. So I found the perfect location and the perfect setting for us to share some time together.

Casa Claudia is only 900 m. down of the road and beach, but enough away from busy streets and noise, on a decent hill and is a big residential complex.

The house is spacious and with a neutral decor, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with big showers, terraces front overlooking the urbanization and a golf course.

The apartment was very clean and there is wifi. A well equipped kitchen, oven and microwave and little bar, very nice. A little sea view and beautiful community pool with well kept gardens and palm trees overlooking the Mediterranean. The pool was almost private, although it was may and the gardener was always there looking after all plants, etc. . In general, an incredible place, perfect for families. We had as well a very nice barbecue on the terrace. Next year we want to repeat the experience.
