This beautiful chalet of 125m2, spacious and friendly is located on the front of the snow at Chal, Saint Jean d'Arves, on the Sybelles ski area.
He understands:
* In the basement: laundry room and ski storage.
* On the ground floor: a fully fitted kitchen, a large living room with dining room and lounge, fireplace and TV, a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, wc.
* Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 shower room with WC, many closets. In the attic, 4 single beds, access reserved for over 12 years.
