Eight bedroom Oceanfront in quiet South Nags Head. 12 by 30 foot private pool and hot tub, elevator. Three master bedrooms, two fully equipped handicap friendly bedrooms and baths.

Kitchen has two dishwashers, two sinks, two microwaves, two ovens; second full-size refrigerator is in the rec room. 10 TVs including 42 inch plasma TV with Surround Sound and HBO/Cinemax, 10 DVDs, Stereo with CD player, high speed wireless Internet access.

Rec room with pool table, second refrigerator, DVD library, games, ice-maker, wet bar. Gas fireplace (available Off season), outside shower and gas grill. Non-Smoking. No Pets. Minimum rental age 25. Located at Milepost 19.

Top floor-

King room with attached full tiled bath with separate Jacuzzi tub and shower (not roll in), extra wide doors, grab bars surrounding toilet.

Mid floor-

Oceanfront King room with attached full bath, fully HC accessible with extra wide doors, open sink and roll in shower.

2nd Oceanfront King room connects through shared full bath to Queen room.

Separate twin-bedded room and Double-bedded room share full bath in hall.

Lower floor-

Kids room with 1 twin bunk and 1 pyramid bunk (twin over double).

King room connects to full bath which also connects to hall to share with kids room.

Queen sleeper sofa in game room.

Additional half baths on top floor (serves main living area) and lower floor (also connects to outside for pool access)

Standard rate applies off-season only. Part week rentals available off-season only at $500 per night (minimum 3 nights booking) and up + taxes. Rate higher during holiday periods.

12.75% taxes additional

$1500 cash deposit (fully refundable within 2 weeks if no damage)

Cleaning and Linens included in all rentals

Pool heat $300/wk (optional).

Pool open May 1 - October 15th (hot tub year round).

No pets (sorry!).

50% down within 72 hours of booking; balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

About The Owner

We're both busy professionals who relish the time to kick back on the Outer Banks. We were renters ourselves in the area for years before we bought, so we have a good idea what our customers are looking for.

The Owner purchased this house in 2005

Why The Owner chose Nags Head

We love coming to South Nags Head. The lack of commercial development at that end of the island means more peace and quiet, yet the shops, restaurants and other attractions are only a few minutes away when we want them. Even in high season the beach never seems crowded.

What makes this house unique

The house is big enough for us to invite our whole extended family to join us. Our parents and siblings are scattered all about the country and opportunities to get us all together are few. We've had some fabulous times with all the cousins at the beach. One member of our family is wheelchair bound, so the handicapped-accessible bed and baths make it possible for him to come too. The elevator helps too - especially since our parents aren't getting any younger.

This is my favorite house in Nags Head. It is so spacious and is a great location. We shared with several families and it was the best vacation place we've had. The property is immaculate and the house is beautiful. Whether you like the ocean or the pool, it is has it all!
