HOUSE RULES

Enter through the double gate at the front of the driveway. There is a brick porch to the right of the house. This is technically the main entrance that leads into the mudroom. Check in time is 3PM - 8PM

Child door alarms are turned on and should remain on. If you do turn them off you will be responsible for any unforeseen accident.

No smoking

No animals

No parties or events

Quiet time after 10pm

No candles

Keep the interior and outside of the property clean.

Trash pick up is early Monday morning. Best if trash is moved to the trash can Sunday night. Please don't leave any trash inside the house when you vacate.

Do not spray or wipe the TV clean.

No loud music after 8pm.

Appliances to be cared for and NOT abused.

NO grease down the drain. Please keep the kitchen drain basket in place at all times and empty in the trash when filled.

Please refrain from putting a large amount to toilet paper in the toilet bowl. The septic system is very sensitive. No paper towels in the toilet at anytime.

Charcoal grill must be moved 10 feet from its stored location when in use.

Do not leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher or kitchen sink.

Please return the key to the lockbox on the North brick porch when your stay is complete.

Check out time is 11am.
