Recent construction building (2003), apartment interior renovations performed in April 2013, located on the second floor with two internal elevators.

Most of the buildings located on Lisbon historic quarters are from the 18th-19th century.

The apartment has one bedroom with 200/140 cm bed size, one bathroom that includes a bathtube with shower, entry hall, one living room with sofabed with a 190/140 bed size, flat screen tv & dining table + four chairs, fully furnished kitchinet with dish washing machine & one small laundry room with washing machine.

Our apartment its located at one of the most beautiful historic quarter of Lisbon, called "Bairro da Graça".

Within 100 meters from the building door you can get the Eléctrico 28, city bus and taxis.

Within 200 meters at "Rua da Graça" you will find restaurants, cafés, bakery, supermarkets, fresh fish and fresh vegetables shops, butcher, pharmacy,etc.

Within 500 meters you may find the most beautiful sightseeing points called "Miradouros" where you´ll experience the most beautiful views over the city of Lisboa, nearby you may find the "Miradouro da Graça" and "Miradouro Senhora do Monte" and Igreja da Graça.

Within 5-10 minutes walking you may reach the Lisbon Castle "Castelo de Sao Jorge", Monument "Panteão Nacional", Monestry of "Sao Vicente de Fora" and the Fado music quarter of "Bairro Alfama".

Within 10-20 minutes walk you may reach "Sé" Cathedral and Lisbon downtown of "Rossio", "Baixa", "Chiado", "Praça do comercio".

We are a married couple with one Child, we both work in Lisbon and our permanent residence its 10 minutes driving from our apartment in Graça-Lisbon.

We bought and we lived in this apartment until the birth of our child, than we had to move because we needed an extra bedroom for him.

Then we decided to prepare this apartment with a good confort level for short term rentals to provide to all of our guests the most confortable, safe and unforgetable stay in Lisbon.

What makes this apartment unique

This apartment has an exclusive location both for tourism or business stays.

Public transportations like tram line 28, bus & taxi stop within 100m from the front door, Underground or train station within 15 minutes walking, Lisbon Airport its only 5 minutes driving, if you want to bring or rent a car we provide one free parking spot, beaware that if you only plan to visit lisbon and surroundings you 'don't need a car' if you stay in our apartment.

Supermarkets, fresh fruit and vegetable shops, butcher, fish market, bakery, cafés, restaurants, pharmacy are also within 100m from our front door.

Touristic attractions may be also found nearby, like miradouro da Graca and Senhora do monte, Cathedrals, Castle, downton baixa and rossio also within 10-20 minutes walking distance.

Apartment with very good construction, apartment living room and entrance hall painted in white camellia color, remaining compartments of the house and roof matt white color. Scandinavian wood style floor. Large windows with double glazing and excellent solar array, electric lighting creates a calm and sober atmosphere. Kitchen with white furniture, wall covered in white tiles and floor tiles, both Portuguese brand.

Pleasant Stay!

Simple apartment in an excellent location

This is a very nice, but simple apartment in a good location. We walked everywhere and found all the ways to get down into downtown. Good pastries and restaurants nearby as well. Almerindo is friendly and it is easy to stay at his place.

Exciting stay in a vibrant city.

The apartment is well-placed in the Graça area of Lisbon and is served by Lisbon's fantastic old trams. There are two miradoursos within close walking distance as well as restaurants, bars and small supermarkets. We enjoyed sitting looking out over the city from the miradouro da Graça, as the sun set, with a drink from the local bar.The apartment has off street parking and it was great to have somewhere safe to leave our car. We were made to feel welcome when we arrived and were given helpful tips and information about the area.

Clean, comfortable and suitably equipped

Good access, serviceable elevator and a comforting feeling of security, both personal and belongings. The apartment building itself was extremely quiet but regular late-night music from a nearby cafe was disturbing.

This apartment was as described and photographed - clean, attractive and comfortable, with plenty of hanging and drawer space. The shower was huge and forceful! Very easy access to all public transport and taxis and tuk tuks! The owner collected us from the airport and he was extremely helpful with information about the locality and Lisbon.

You will be able to live, see and 'feel' how the people of Lisbon lives in a safe, quiet and cheerful manner with excellent access to any area or tourist attraction in Lisbon and surroundings.

Bus stop, taxi and famous electric 28 located 25 meters from the apartment, underground station of Anjos is a 15 minute walk.

If you wish to move on foot and to discover even better Lisbon we consider this, one of the best locations in Lisbon to have easy and fast access to the Castle of Sao Jorge, Viewpoint of Graca and Santa Luzia, the Cathedral, and the National Pantheon, downtown Lisbon as many other monuments and traditional neighborhoods of Lisbon.

Radius between 25-300 meters from the apartment you can relax, have a drink at the viewpoint of Graca or delight with the Portuguese cuisine with over 10 restaurants available, we recommend the restaurant 'Churrasco da Graça' with an excellent price / quality ratio.

Supermarkets, grocery stores, bakeries, pastry shops, pharmacy and general commerce also 25 meters from the apartment.

This apartment is managed and owned by us, we are a Portuguese married couple with one kid, we use to travel a lot both because of our jobs and leisure,we´ve lived here before the birth of our child, so now we´ve decided to renovate and prepare this beautiful apartment with most of the main amenities required for a pleasent accommodation during your stay in Lisbon.
