Another Great Stay!
We've stayed here before and it somehow was better. See my original review below. The hosts are always amazing and even allowed us to have a late check out. This place is definitely a favorite of ours.

Our Family stayed here during a move while one house sold & the new house closed.
Location in regards to necessities was awesome. The neighborhood kids egged our cars the last night. That was disappointing. The fence for the dog was awesome but she learned to jump it. It was still convenient tho. It is a dark apartment & we froze anytime the temp went to 10*. I understand it was the windows & they were to be remodeled after we left. The furniture was uncomfortable but pretty. The kitchen was well stocked with herbs & spices. That was fun. It was only fair considering the expense. I wouldn’t stay again. Tho the owners are the sweetest people you could ever meet. It just needs some TLC.

Our Move
Great location. Great host. Loved the yard. We were cold during our winter stay. I understand the windows are being replaced next. Good idea. Thanks VRBO

About the host

Host profile image
I love everything Alaska. Even though the winters can be tough - with the cold and darkness - my family always spends time outside. We love skiing, snowmobiling, playing in the snow or just sitting around the fire. During the summer, we spend a lot of time at our Soldotna house fishing. We love to go boating, jet skiing, hiking, camping, and ice climbing.

Why they chose this property

We love this duplex because of the enormous backyard and raspberry bushes. When we say the duplex is "cozy," we aren't kidding. Immediately upon entering into the duplex, we feel relaxed and at peace. The retro kitchen is about the cutest kitchen I have ever seen.

What makes this property unique

The kitchen is a full "chef's" kitchen. We have about every appliance you could need or want.
