Bright apartment for 2-4 people in a quiet and secure area with parking

This 32-sq.m apartment is located in the first floor of a small, quiet, and secure apartment building an 8-sqm terrace. It is south-west oriented (sun light from 1:00 pm until sunset) and has a pool and private parking spaces. It also has a bedroom with a dressing room and a 140 x190-cm double bed, a lounge with a flat screen LED TV, and a sofa bed for 3 people. There is 14 cm BULTEX mattress, a PlayStation 3 with DVD player, an open-plan kitchen with a double door fridge (fresh water dispenser ice maker, ice) with freezer, an oven, a microwave, an extractor, a coffee machine,a vacuum cleaner,dishwasher,a washing machine, a hair dryer, and reversible air-conditioning. There is free Wi-Fi (15 MB), and indoor dining area, and outdoor bathroom with shower, a penthouse for a pleasant stay. The municipal tennis court is 100 meters away, and the municipal swimming pool is 400 meters away. During all summer, and each 10 min, there is a free bus service for the beaches. The stops is 200 meters away. You will find a gym 1 km away at the roundabout landing. There are numerous events in the village in the summer period (aoli, shows, markets, concerts, etc. Off season, you can rent it for €70, all taxes included.

La location est très agréable et bien équipée. La résidence est calme.La literie est très confortable.

Quelques problèmes matériels à notre arrivée, mais la propriétaire, très sympathique, y a tout de suite remédié.

Nous conseillons cette location.

Très bel appartement

Appartement très agréable, très bien conçu et très fonctionnel pour sa petite superficie. Nous avons passer une semaine très agreable à deux + un bébé, avec déjeuner et repas sur la terrasse face à la piscine. Proprios sympas à recommander !

très grande satisfaction de notre séjour de 3 semaines dans votre appartement! Qu'il est mignon et bien aménagé, avec beaucoup de goût! Tout y était parfait: superbe cuisine et très bonne literie et nous y avons passé 3 merveilleuses semaines sous le soleil! et y reviendrions bien volontiers en 2015!

Located 10 km from Saint Tropez, this apartment is very close to Ramatuelle, 10 km away, well-known for its festival, Gassin, 5 km away, with its unobstructed view over the le Gulf of Saint Tropez and Cavalaire,and numerous places to visit, Cogolin, the lakeside city of Port Grimaud, La Môle, Sainte-Maxime and Les Issambres. Children and adults can also visit Luna Park, a theme park located 10 min away by car, in Gassin.
