Why Neil chose Las Vegas
The property is a beautifully remodeled condominium which I remodeled with $20,000 and 3 months of my hard work. The goal was to allow my father to retire here, but he is too busy to come any more. They say Seniors are more busy in retirement than when they were working!
What makes this Condo unique
I fell in love when I sat out on the balcony at night and could gaze at the various hotel lights on The Strip. It is relaxing and you feel like you are in Las Vegas. I also love that you can walk to The Strip or take a very short Uber ride to The Strip!

The place was very nice and very clean and it pretty much have everything you need. And your literally walking distance from the heart of the strip. I also liked having my own parking space and access to the pool, gym, tennis,basketball and tennis courts

Definitely wouldn't stay in any property owned by the same man again. Haven't got the energy to go into the details but this complex has lots of apartments (it's a great location, and a great complex) - do yourself a favour - find a different apartment!
Neil's place is perfect! Clean, quiet and close to strip.
This place is perfect, I had the opportunity to stay for two months. Had assigned parking in gated garage, elevator to unit. It is close to some really great restaurants, many in walking distance. Security and gated complex always felt safe a they were very helpful and friendly. Neil was always very responsive to my questions and quick to offer suggestions. The condo was stocked with everything that you need, which made it very easy to cook and feel like you are at home. While it was a little chilly when I stayed was able to use the pool, however the pool and the common area around the pool was beautiful!! I would recommend booking this for you next trip to Las Vegas! Aimee M

"A Must Read"
Upon arrival basically entering unit we discovered that the unit was not clean as they said a cleaning crew was in to clean. I immediately called the owner and the owner told me that the cleaning crew had cancelled prior to our visit. The owner also informed me that he was in the unit 24 hours prior to us getting there. I have pictures showing how filthy the place was. We also noticed that there were bulbs out in the kitchen fixtures, which he said he had the bulbs but we looked where he told us to look and we couldn't find them. He never responded to me. The place didn't even have proper lighting throughout such as lamps, etc. The patio was filthy and filled with glass, there were 2 chairs on patio that the seat bottoms were completely ripped. The ceiling in 1 of the bathrooms had water stains and the owner wanted to accuse us of, but whoever also watches his unit informed him that a stain like that doesn't happen over night. As I mentioned before he said he was there 24 hours before our arrival. The switches in the bathroom were the push button type where there is also a slide on the switch that allows you to increase or decrease the amount of light. The owner charged us $187.50 because he claims that we broke them. But, yet they are a snap on cover for the switch. He then deducted $187.50 from our security deposit. We asked for a receipt and the old parts for the repairs but he did not provide. I can't believe that this property is listed on Home Away, for a 28 day stay but yet it doesn't have enough or proper furnishings, such as dressers, more nightstands, etc. which forced us to live out of our suitcase for 28 days. I love to cook and thought I would be able to do that there, but the cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc. were disgusting. As in his description that the strip is 1 big block away, that is crazy. It is a minimum of a 15 minute walk. There is no view of the strip from the balcony but yet you can see a glow of the lights which I assume is the strip. I'm sure there are other places out there that I would consider first. If necessary I could provide more.
The complex is one large block from The Strip and takes 10 minutes to walk there.
All rates are subject to change on a daily basis until bookings are confirmed. Bookings closer to the check-in date are likely to be gone as units typically have zero vacancy. A separate lease agreement will be required after booking in order to comply with County/HOA ordinance. Thank you!
