The LoneStar Suite is a 600 Sq. ft., (1) bdrm w/ queen bed, full bath with tub/shower combo, living room w/ queen pull out sofa; gas fireplace & kitchen. With its own private entrance/exit you have direct access to the Heated Pool & Hot Tub. Perfect for a couple or a couple with a child.

Conveniently located on Music City’s doorstep, so when the Ranch gates close behind you, be ready to enjoy and explore all that Middle Tennessee and the Greater Nashville area has to offer.

A 2,600 Sq. Ft. Southern Log Home located on its own 10 Acres of the Ranch. Just a short walk to the Main Ranch House & Pool. The Guest House has (4) Bedrooms each with King Beds; a Den/TV Room with a pull out Futon Sofa; Large Living Room with Sectional Couch and Big Screen TV; Eat-In Kitchen; Dining Room that seats (6); and (2) Bathrooms each with a Tub/Shower. There are front and side porches overlooking the rolling Tennessee Countryside. A back deck seats (8) and has a propane BBQ.

Your dining choices are many, both the Guest House and the LoneStar Suite have their own full kitchens and BBQs. If you don't feel like cooking please ask about our Southern homecooked meals available for purchase with groups of six or more.

There are many good restaurants in the nearby towns, downtown Nashville has some of the finest dining or simply order in.

There are plenty grocery stores within a 10-15 minute drive; and convenience stores within 5 minutes. Beer/Wine and mixers may be purchased at the grocery store. Liquor must be purchased at a “liquor” store opened 7 days a week, also only a 10-15 minute drive.

You will find many good restaurants in the nearby towns. Downtown Nashville offers some of the best cuisine and we would be happy to make recommendations for some of our favorite restaurants.

Enjoy a Tennessee Ranch evening around the campfire or head downtown to Broadway to kick up your heels to some of the greatest music Nashville has to offer.

Perfect combination of activities and rest!

What a wonderful retreat for both adults and teens in our group! All of us enjoyed the opportunities to relax in the beautiful natural surroundings of the ranch and to get active at times with the horses, dogs, and swimming. Communication was stellar and we felt very well taken care of. Thank you!

Yee-haw!!

What an amazing experience! It was just what we needed as a family getaway. The ranch is beautifully kept and full of activities for us and the kids. Ms. Deb and Cowboy have built a wonderfully inviting place full of good people, amazing animals and fantastic memories!

Deb and David aka "Cowboy" are your hosts and owners of Twin Oak Guest Ranch. A California city girl/business woman with her heart in the country and a Canadian Rodeo Cowboy went in search of their "Dream Ranch". The criteria were tough - a ranch that was both private and secluded, yet close to an international airport, shopping and entertainment (both love country music). A warm/moderate climate, with lush green rolling pastures for horses, mature wooded forests with creeks and ponds. Plenty of area to ride, bike and hike. A large country log house for family and friends.

Why they chose this property

This is a very rare, unique ranch and the location that gives you the ability to experience the Cowboy/Cowgirl life by day and kick up your heels to the Nashville music scene by night. From the minute your drive up the 1/2 mile driveway through the pastures to the main ranch house you will know you made the right choice and put everyday life behind you. Serenity and peacefulness are visible and tangible here. Your priorities are about to be reestablished. This is a place where you will feel right at home and be part of our story. You will never want to leave after becoming part of the ranch family!
