Apartment of 45 meters with a room can accommodate 4 people, sofa bed, very bright, saltwater pool available all year, satellite TV, internet access, garage, new kitchen, bath, cot and baby bath, terrace of 30 meters overlooking the sea and mountains, inside a residential complex located on the beach, in full promenade, where you can enjoy excellent weather all year, with average temperatures of 23 degrees, the advantage of being located in the village Candelaria - The Caletillas allowing you to taste its cuisine in its restaurants and enjoy other attractions of the island of Tenerife to be close to the fucking most interest, by car or by public service.

The property is ideally located in the town of Candelaria-Las Caletillas allowing you to access it from the TF-1 motorway, exit 15 Punta Larga, which should continue without deviating direction towards the sea and once you access the Maritime Avenue, on your left you will find the Residential Afirama where the apartment is located. Strategic point on excursions around the island, including hiking, diving, beaches, tastings, visits to wineries, etc.

Great base to explore the beautiful island of Tenerife.

Really enjoyed staying at this apartment. Jose was really helpful - even parking our car in the secure carpark when we first arrived (getting used to the hire car!).

The apartment is clean and secure with everything you need for a great holiday. 30 second walk to the beach and a few mins walk to shops including a well stocked supermarket.

We spent the days sightseeing around the island then back for a few hours on the beach....perfect!

The only complaint was that we only stayed for a week....should have booked longer!

The apartment is very clean and safe, everything you might need is there.. very friendly owner... the beach in front ont of the building is excellent... great spot close to many restaurants less than a block away...

4 weeks in paradise

Just returned from a 4 week stay at this apartment.


On arrival it was spotlessly clean. Everything is provided: cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, large modern cooker and washing machine, iron, even a cork screw: plenty of pillows and bed linen etc. Comfortable double bed with in built wardrobes. Large kitchen/diner/lounge area which leads out to an amazing large terrace.


Large, very private peaceful. Only the sound of the nearby waves crashing. No noisy neighbors. 2 sunbeds, 4 chairs and a table. Nice mature plants. Watch the sunrise from the ocean. It passes overhead UNOBSTRUCTED ALL DAY until it disappears behind the mountains. AWESOME. If you require shade, there is an awning that can be used.

Just around the back is a large swimming pool. Peaceful. Take a beer round. Just sit on the edge with your legs kicking the water to cool off. Listen to the Atlantic ocean in the background.

The apartment is very secure. You need a key to enter the grounds, another key to enter your block, another key to open front door.


50 yards away is the Atlantic ocean. Walk the long promenade and watch the giant waves crash. Lots of seating along the way. There are many coves gated off so it is safe to swim. Although very rocky the coves however have black sand, so you can easily go barefooted. There is a pier nearby. Watch the fisherman battle the crashing waves. If you're adventurous there are steps leading down straight into the sea. Although very Spanish, the many bars and restaurants are very welcoming and friendly to the British tourist. Large inexpensive supermarkets very close.

Frequent buses will take you to the nearby motorway (TF1). Just ask driver for McDonalds about 3 stops. Walk over the bridge to another bus stop and get bus 111 to take you to the tourist spots of Las Americas or Los Christianos. Dead simply to do. Buses every half hour. Very cheap. Get a bono ticket then its even cheaper.


Jose met us at the airport and drove us to his apartment. Very likable guy. English not too good, but friendly and always smiling. Always answered our e-mails quickly. Only required small up front deposit and the balance we paid on arrival. To me this was very re-assuring. We didn't have the worry that we would be "scammed." He asked for refundable 250 euro deposit which was returned no problem.

Would we go back. You bet we will. See you very soon Jose and thankyou.

Fabulous holiday base

Apartment exactly as described, modern facilities and very clean and well maintained. Close to the delightful las Caletillas promenade (good for morning run!) and good selection of eating places. Local shops, including supermarket, only a 5 minute walk away. Buses North or South also close at hand. Secure garage parking very useful.

Jose Luis, the owner, very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to our email queries. Locals were also friendly and town not overrun with tourists!

Sound of the sea lulled us to sleep every night and we had a great no hassle fortnight there and would definitely recommend.

Tres calme et tout le necessaire, bordure de mer, proximite commerces et autoroute, parking voiture

Appartement impeccable, pour 1 couple, parking reserve au sous sol. Plage et esplanade pour ballades a pied. Commerces a proximite pour tous achats. Autoroute toute proche qui permet de se rendre rapidement sur les lieux a visiter, et il y en a beaucoup. Bref tres beau sejour,
