We have a lovely apartment for rent in Calaceite which is located 100 meters from the Mediterranean Sea between Nerja and Torrox Costa.

The climate in Torrox is known as the best in Europe with an average temperature of 18 degrees.

The apartment is located on the second floor and the size is 70 sqm + 20 sqm terrace.

It consists of living room, kitchen, master bedroom with a double bed and large bathroom and a guest room with 2 singlebeds and private toilet/bath - a total of 4 beds with the possibility of an additional person on a folding bed.

The living room and the bedroom has direct access to the large south facing terrace, which offers a magnificent view to the east with Nerja and the Sierra Nevada mountains in the horizon and the endless azure Mediterranean to the south.

There is access to the apartment by elevator directly from the parking garage where there is a reserved parking space belonging to the apartment.

The apartment has all amenities such as fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The apartment has installed air conditioning with cooling and heating, TV with satellite channels, English and German, DVD and more.

There are two green areas with swimming pools / children's pools and sun beds in the apartment complex.

There are established Wifi in the complex, which is free of charge.

Nerja offers many great shopping and dining options; a visit to the famous caves or a stroll along the seafront to the square Balcon de Europa, which offers a magnificent view of the beaches and the sea.

Torrox is a small town, but also offers good shopping, good restaurants and a lovely promenade with a child-friendly beach.

Near Calaceite there are countless opportunities for many kinds of outdoor activities - hiking in the mountains, beaches, all kinds of water sports, horseback riding, biking, paragliding, golf, tennis, etc.

In addition, there are several obvious day trips, for example. to the famous Alhambra in Granada - the second most visited tourist destinations in Spain, rocky Gibraltar (UK) with its almost tame monkeys, underground fortifications and very interesting history; provincial capital Malaga with for example Picasso Museum and the city's landmark, the great fortress of Alcazaba or the Sierra Nevada mountain range which offers both hiking, cycling and skiing with Mulhacen's 3500 meter snow-capped peak as background.

We have an agreement with a Danish provider who is responsible for the daily operations of the apartment. She ensures the reception of guests and provides an introduction of the apartment and the complex.

Upon arrival to the apartment, guests will be greeted with a welcome pack with cava, water, snacks and soft drinks, as well as an information folder of the Costa del Sol.

The provider is living in the complex, and she can be contacted by our guests should this be necessary.

Rental price includes final cleaning, consumption, parking, WIFI and bed linen and towels for 2 people. Ekstra person € 12.

The rent is to be paid as follows:

prepayment 20 % by agreement is made and 80 % four weeks before arrival.

We have chosen to disregard the payment of a security deposit when we trust that our guests will treat our apartment nicely.

The minimum stay is normally 7 days.

Long term stays can be arranged for a separate price.

The apartment is available from 14 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 on the day of departure.

About Leif Helgestrup

Hello and welcome to our apartment in Calaceite, Torrox Costa, Costa del Sol.

My name is Leif Helgestrup, I'm 54 of age and employed as a detective sergeant in the Danish National Police.

In april 2013 - together with my wife Marianne -we became the owners of this beautiful apartment which we with great pleasure will rent to interested guests.

As you hopefully can see in the description and the uploaded images it is an amazing apartment with a beautiful view to the Mediterranean Sea and the neighboring mountains of the Sierra Nevada.

The apartment complex is considered as the best east of Malaga with regard to quality and design, which we would be willing to confirm after having surveyed the entire southern coast of Spain, before we decided to buy this apartment.

The complex is only 4 years of age and everything is well funcktioning and in very good shape.

Common areas with swimming pools, paths, green areas, flower beds etc are daily being tended and cared for by the communities gardeners, helping to make your stay here a very pleasant experience.

Our provider Karin Olsen, who lives in the complex, will make sure that your stay will be as comfortable as possible.

We had a great welcome at the apartment.The apartment was very clean and fully equipped. The views from the large balcony were amazing the patio furniture was excellent.The owner of this apartment has done everything to make your holiday enjoyable.

Great high spec apartment with a beuatiful view

Fantastic, well equipped apartment with a beautiful sea view in a brilliant location. Great complex with two big swimming pools, good parking facilities and a few minutes walk to a sandy beach. Conveniently located between two towns Nerja (our favorite) and Torrox with plenty of shops and restaurants. Plenty of places for running and cycling, good bike hire shop (Eurobike) in Torrox. We have had most amazing time at Calaceite and will be coming again.
