Apartment in first line of beach, one of the main of Calpe, La Fosa. Direct exit to the Paseo Marítimo. Beach at 5 meters. Large terrace with magnificent sea views. Communal swimming pool. 2 rooms and capacity for 6 people. 1st with double bed for 2 people, built-in wardrobe. 2nd with two single beds and wardrobe, and 3rd, living / dining room with sofa / bed for two people of standard size. All services a few meters, (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants ...) kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee maker etc ... TV 40 "with Spanish channels and ASTRA 19º TNT SAT, private WIFFI connection, private PARKING. Natural Park of Peñon D`Ifach at 400m and Les Salines at 300m, exceptional place for bird watching. Its special hubicacion makes it special for families with children or couples who want to enjoy all day of the beach and its activities.

Apartment 15km from Benidorm (Terra Mitica, Terra Natura ...) and 40km from Altet airport (Alicante).

Within a radius of 20 km you can enjoy a wide range of sporting activities (climbing, btt, walking routes etc) and leisure (oenological routes, touristic, concerts etc).

Beautiful apartment

We have just had a wonderful 2 month stay at this beautiful apartment overlooking the beach and Calpe rock. The apartment is really comfortable and clean and contains everything you need to have a wonderful short or long term stay, situated very close to all amenities too.

Gabriel the owner was extremely helpful and took care of all our needs and made sure everything was ok. We would highly recommend this apartment and will certainly book again. Thank you Gabriel.

Great Holiday!!

Calpe is a lovely area with all the amenities you would want.

Good local transport and lots of places to eat. There were lots of bars and restaurants open along the sea front and up into the town where there are a good variety of shops.

It’s in a good location with everything needed close by, including public transport.

Cannot fault the apartment in the slightest. It is spacious and is exactly as described. Clean, and fabulous sea views. Couldn’t ask for better accommodation.

Gabriel was extremely helpful from the moment of our booking and also a bottle of wine and fresh fruit on arrival was a lovely touch and much needed after a morning travelling. Don’t be surprised if we are back for more next year Gabriel!!

From all three of us, a BIG!! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Uitzicht vanaf het balkon is erg mooi, fijn appartement en een hele prettige verhuurder

Heel fijn appartement, zouden graag weer terugkomen op deze plek.

We waren met 3 kinderen (14,10,4jr) Ze hebben zo veel plezier gehad op het strand. de boulevard. Leuke winkeltjes en gemoedelijke sfeer. Calpe is mooi.

très bien situé avec une vue magnifique .Accueil très sympathique de Gabriel avec corbeille de fruit , bouteille de vin rouge et jus de fruit .Super disponibilité de Gabriel .nous recommandons cette location après deux mois passés dedans , novembre et décembre.

très belle vue sur mer

Très bel appartement avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de Calpe , dommage que la salle de bain soit un peu ancienne ,elle aurait besoin d'un raffraichissement ainsi que la kitchenette

Le propriétaire Gabriel nous a très bien accueilli avec plateau de fruit et bouteille de vin et est très sympathique

Détente totale les pieds dans l'eau !

L'appartement est spacieux (nous étions 5) mais nous avons essentiellement vécu sur la terrasse.

L'équipement est complet, Gabriel est attentif et disponible.

L'appartement est idéalement situé : juste au dessus de la plage sans en subir le brouhaha mais tout en profitant du paysage.

Le supermarché est de l'autre côté de la route (la personne du rayon traiteur est très sympa)

Nous nous sentions tellement bien sur place que nous n'avons quitté la ville qu'un jour dans la semaine.

La piscine est un plus aussi pour les enfants même si c'est en front de mer

Area with many possibilities, apartment 400m from the Natural Park of the Criminal D'Ifach. Possibility to practice climbing, hiking. Las Salinas de Calpe are at 300m, great for bird watching and other fauna. For other activities, you can practice in a radius of 20 km. This includes everything from visits to vineyards (the Vall del Pop) to type theme parks Terra Natura and Terra Mitica. Apartment ideal for 100% of the beach and all its variants. We recommend visiting the small fishing village of Moraira (7km along the coast), with its amazing cliffs. Another option is Xaló with its obligatory visit to the cellar, from which the best wines and spirits from the region are extracted. Well worth a visit to towns like Benissa (8 km) with its cathedral and its old town Marina and Altea (10km) also with a spectacular old town and coves to take bath. Other services can be found in Calpe. The most basic (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants etc) can be found in a radius of 300m. Private Parking
