1. Full payment is taken at the time of booking with a credit/ debit card.

2. Marlin Apartments reserves the right to pre-authorise a security deposit of at least £200 on your chip and PIN credit/debit card upon arrival. Note that a pre-authorisation of up to £500 may apply on a weekend stay. Please contact us directly for any questions in relation to this.

3. Please be aware that Marlin operates a strict no-party and no-gathering policy.

4. As an extra measure against increasing fraudulent activity in London, Marlin Apartments will ask you to provide photographic ID and the card used to make the booking upon check-in. If you are not able to provide this, you may be re-charged on a card you do have present upon check-in, and the original payment will be refunded.

5. Bookings are only accepted from guests aged 18 and above.

6. Free Internet is subject to acceptance of our fair usage policy.

Standard Cancellation Policy:- Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the check-in time on your arrival date and must be made using the online cancellation facility on our website. Please note that there is a 20 GBP cancellation fee and the 6 GBP booking fee is non-refundable. All bookings made under a special offer or promotional rate are strictly non-refundable.
