This lovely 2 bed fully air conditioned family apartment can sleep up to 4 adults and 2 children.
The spacious ground floor property offers a well equipped living area with stylish modern and comfortable furnishings, a corner sofa which can transform into a comfortable double bed, LCD T.V and DVD player, there is also a privacy screen.
ALL electrical sockets are the same as UK sockets.
The dining room has a dining table and four chairs but can seat six by bringing in the chairs from the bedrooms.
The fully fitted kitchen has many cupboards, washing machine, large fridge freezer, electric oven and hob and toaster.
The 2 spacious bedrooms, one double and one twin room, are light and airy and each have their own air conditioning units, large fitted wardrobes and there are plenty of cupboards. Quality bed linens and fluffy bath towels are all included.
A new shower was fitted in 2014.
The large outside stone terrace has comfortable patio furniture for 6. The private patio to the front, side, and rear is planted with citrus trees and lavender, and catches the sun in the afternoon until sunset, ideal for sipping cocktails, lovely local wine and barbequeing.
This quiet and relaxing complex has 2 pools, with the apartment being just far enough away to avoid the summer pool noise.
We have many extras for you to use during your stay which include Iron, Hair Dryer, Cool Box, Beach Towels/ Bath Towels, TV, DVD, range of DVD films and Wireless Broadband Internet.
All windows have fitted flyscreens/net curtains.
We can also offer airport transfers, and mid holiday cleans at an additional cost.
Please note we do not rent to same sex groups or people under 25.
Our arrival and departure times are flexible to allow you to get the best flight deals, so no need to get out early, unless we have someone arriving on your day of departure.

We are the Hickman family and we purchased our Paphos holiday home off plan in 1999. We live and work in the UK and have been enjoying wonderful Paphos holidays for the last 15 years.
Mum is retired and enjoys regular winter breaks at the apartment when we don't have holiday makers staying, she loves the winter sun...apparently it's good for her bones and her soul.
James is in the Royal Navy and enjoys holidays at the apartment when he can fit it in with shore leave and family.
Catherine is a Head Gardener in the UK and loves the Paphos springtime...the wild flowers are most beautiful and numerous at this time with an abundance of wildlife which particularly interests her Artist partner.

We love everything about this apartment.
We specifically chose it initially because of the amazing climate...20 degrees in December, then the ideal location which is close to everything we need, the beach, the old town, fabulous eateries, Mountains and wildlife, and only 20 minutes from the airport.
We have 2 lovely pools.
The complex is mainly residential, with many residents buying off plan as we did, so we also know many of our neighbours, some who holiday like us and some who live in Paphos more permanently.
As the apartment is also our 'home from home' we have furnished it to a high standard with good quality bed linens and lovely big bath and beach towels.
A perfect homely apartment that has everything we needed for our stay and perfectly located.
The apartment is clean, tidy and airy (great to have air con too!). Having the BBQ and all the kitchen bits and bobs was really nice to have some chill out time after a day of adventuring Cyprus!!
The apartment is perfectly located to get to the harbour, beach and the old town... which was easy to walk too.
It was really handy having the helpful info and maps in the apartment with some ideas.
We enjoyed the pool as pretty much had it to ourselves.

Apartment was as described, attractive, comfortable and well equipped. Good location with plenty to do within walking distance, but would recommend hiring a car or utilising the local taxi's as the heat in high summer is very restrictive. Lovely pool 2 minutes walk away and never really very busy, perfect!
Big Carrefore in the Tomb of the King's Mall, for those that want to cook, but some lovely restaurants around for those that don't. The harbour and Archaeological Park were well worth a visit, overall we had a lovely holiday.
This was definitely a home from home apartment. It had everything you need to be able to relax and not need to worry, the apartment was very clean, comfortable and situated in a quiet area. The residents were very helpful and friendly and nothing was to much bother for them. The apartment is situated 5 min walk from the pubs and restuarants and a very good bus service. I would recommend o'neills and fat mamas to eat the food was fantastic in both. Thank you to everyone for being very helpful and making booking our holiday stress free.
A beautiful place to stay and would highly recommend this to friends and family. Local to the shops, bars and restaraunts. The other residents were very friendly and welcoming to us during our stay. I only wish we stayed longer as a week isn't long enough. This is the 1st time I've been away and actually felt like I'm in a home rather than renting a place to stay. There's even a selection DVDs to watch if you fancy a quiet night in which we took advantage of a few time during our stay.
The apartment is exactly as described and is a gem of a place! It is located in a residential development which is 5 minutes from the harbour by car and 2 from the Tomb of the Kings Road which is full of restaurants and bars with a mature and calm clientele.
The communication from the lovely owners, James & Catherine was exemplary from my very first enquiry to arrival. Nothing is too much trouble and they made the first trip to Cyprus hassle free.
James supplies directions to the place from the airport which sounds tricky but just take your time and you won't go wrong...driving is the same as the UK so it really is easy. We arrived at 11pm and even in the dark it was no drama.
Most has already been said in previous reviews,the great neighbours are always pleased to give you any local knowledge having been resident for 14 years.
The best compliment we can give is the fact that this will now be our "paphos pad" as we will be visiting Cyprus twice a year for the next few years while we visit family and have a fantastic holiday on this beautiful chilled island.

We had a fantastic holiday in this lovely clean apartment that had everything we needed. The pool was clean and quiet which was perfect for us. It was ideally situated being between the old town and the Tombs of the Kings road (main road to harbour), making it so easy to get around on foot or by bus. There was plenty of information available in a guests folder in the apartment, including a very useful shortcut to the tombs of the kings road which brings you out right by the bus stops for the harbour or coral bay. There are plenty of lovely restaurants near the apartment like the Farm House Tavern and Muse (old town) and The Moorings (Harbour) and we found the staff were very helpful and polite. The Pit Stop Bar on Tombs of the Kings road ( just past Phuket chinese) was great for our Formula One fix on race weekend!! We would definitely suggest a visit to the Archaeological Park, we had a fantastic day there and the mosaics are incredible. It’s in the open so take plenty of water and sunscreen!! Tombs of the Kings itself is a few minutes’ walk from the apartment and is another great thing to do, as is an excursion up into the hills or to Turtle beach (plenty available by harbour) All in we will defiantly be back as we had a fabulous time and can’t wait to book the apartment again for next year!!
CyKing Village benefits from being situated in a lovely quiet location but is also centrally located, just 150 metres away are numerous local bars, tavernas and shops, local car hire, diving center, mountain bike hire and bus stops with frequent buses all along the coast road for just one euro fifty.
Five minutes walk away is the old town where you can browse the traditional street market or enjoy a traditional meze in one of the local tavernas enjoying panoramic views. The harbour is just a short 15 minute walk away where you can find the water-park and the aquarium as well as fine eateries and a lively nightlife. If you are after something a little more cultural the harbour area is also home to the stunning mosaics-a world heritage site.
Latchi - just up the coast road is a delightful little village next door to Polis worth a day trip out to see the Baths of Aphrodite.
The Kolios Winery. Yes you can wine taste and also book for a very good lunch.
The Akamas. An unspoilt protected wilderness by the sea that incorporates the Lara Turtle Sanctury.
Lemba. Just off the coastal road to Coral Bay is a neolithic village worth a visit and then further on is The Paphos art centre which is full of surprises!
The Troodos mountains worthy of a day out filled with olde world villages and spectacular scenery.
For the sunseekers and adventurous head to Coral bay for blue flag beeches and all the watersports you care to imagine...
