A beautiful beach front home that sleeps up to twelve guests.

Sea house is a gorgeous sea front family home with beautiful, unspoilt panoramic sea views, set within a very quite small private estate. Although the position is really quite and safe with no through road, perfect for families ,the house is minutes from some good restaurants, shops, cafes and sports amenities and only an hour and half from London. The kitchen is really well equipped, with a double range oven, lots of lay off space, well equipped kitchen cupboards, great for cooking up a big family feast. We have owned the house for years and it is a real home from home, full of books, board games, toys, beach toys, fishing nets and buckets,spades, children's high chair, push chair and travel cot. The train station is a fifteen minute walk with great connections to London Victoria, Southampton, Portsmouth, Arundel with the some lovely restaurants, shops, the castle and lido swimming pool. The house is within easy reach of many wonderful places West Sussex has to offer including GoodWoood Rival and festival of speed being one of the many events being arranged throughout the year.

Dining room with single bed (for +1) and pull-out bed (for +1), and French doors to garden. Well-equipped kitchen with gas range (for cooking) and tiled floor. Utility room with washing machines and two tumble dryer. A large Wet room with toilet.

First floor: Living room with French doors to balcony. One Double bedroom with 5ft bed and additional single bed, one double bedroom with sea views. third bedroom with bunk beds and sea views. A family Bathroom with over the -bath shower and toilet.

Second floor: Large double front bed room with sea views and TV, 2nd double bedroom with 5ft bed and additional single bed, with 3rd bathroom.

The house is a wonderful retreat any time of the year, whether it be enjoying the lovely front garden with BBQ facilities and the children scampering on to the lawn or in the colder months with the cosy sitting room with open fire and plentiful of walks and local attractions to visit.

About Sian Irvine

My name is Sian and I am a food photographer based between London and our Lovely beach house on the south coast. I lived on and off in West Sussex for most of my life and its a beautiful part of the world. We as a family love staying at the house and would be very happy to share with any one staying our wealth of knowledge of places to eat and visit.

Only an hour and half from London a perfect peaceful retreat for all the family but minutes walk from many good cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops, cinema and the train station.

My friends, family and I had a lovely stay at Sian's home right by the sea. The home was kept impeccably clean with plenty of space for all of us. Sian had prepared a lovely list of restaurants which was invaluable. We will certainly be back.

It is within easy driving distance of Goodwood or Fontwell races, Pagham Nature Reserve, Weald and Downland Open Air Museum, and the glorious South Downs. Also nearby are Arundel with its castle, antique shops and Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust, and Chichester, famous for its cathedral, festival theatre and cobbled pedestrianised streets. Slightly further, discover Brighton with its Royal Pavilion, bustling nightlife and The Lanes shopping area, and in the opposite direction historic Portsmouth with the Spinnaker Tower, waterside dining, designer retail outlets, Royal Naval Museum, the Mary Rose and ferry trips to The Isle of Wight. Shops and pub 100 yards.
