We have owned the house for years and it is a real home from home, full of books, board games, toys, beach toys, fishing nets and buckets, spades, children's high chair, push chair and travel cot. The train station is a fifteen minute walk with great connections to London Victoria, Southampton, Portsmouth, Arundel with the some lovely restaurants, shops, the castle and lido swimming pool. The house is within easy reach of many wonderful places West Sussex has to offer including GoodWoood Rival and festival of speed being one of the many events being arranged throughout the year.

My name is Sian and I am a food photographer based between London and our Lovely beach house on the south coast. I lived on and off in West Sussex for most of my life and its a beautiful part of the world. We as a family love staying at the house and would be very happy to share with any one staying our wealth of knowledge of places to eat and visit.
Sian Irvine purchased this house in 2007
The house is unique and beautiful. Its our family home and is full of games, toys, beach toys and familiar things a real home from home. Only an hour and half from London a perfect peaceful retreat for all the family or groups of friends. The house is minutes walk from many good cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops, cinema and the train station.
Breathtaking sea views, beautiful lawn area ideal for picnics, an hour from Gatwick and an hour and a half from London. A unique home from home that welcomes pets.
Property was as described and was clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the Christmas tree and other festive items. Everything worked well. We enjoyed the beach walks and nearby restaurants and cafes. It was also ideal for a dog in terms of wooden floors and beach access. We were a family party of 12 and the accommodation worked well.
We had a lovely weekend in this house (13 of us in total). We had one day of crazy storms and a beautiful sunny day and it was fun for both! House is well equipped with games and equipment and the owner and housekeeper were super helpful and answered any questions we had really quickly.
If anyone is considering time in Bognor I'd definitely recommend this house.
My friends, family and I had a lovely stay at Sian's home right by the sea. The home was kept impeccably clean with plenty of space for all of us. Sian had prepared a lovely list of restaurants which was invaluable. We will certainly be back.
