Lovely apartment, clean and well equipped with access to a shared pool. The small complex was really quiet and well maintained within easy walking distance to local facilities. As an older couple It was just what we were looking for. Julio Martin, the owner, couldn't have been more helpful - he was absolutely great and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend this property.

Lovely apartment on well maintained small complex

We had are very relaxing and comfortable two stay at the apartment. The apartment is kept to a high standard of cleanliness and has a lovely homely feel overall.The roof terrace is a great space with views across the resort, sea views and the mountains. The car included in the price was a big bonus which we picked up from the airport with no hassle. Julio, a lovely fellow, was on hand for any help if needed. The area is a quiet, mainly residential with the restaurants/bars/shops within 15 mins walking distance.We found La Caleta, a lovely area close by, which has some good restaurants and a few shops. Overall we had a lovely holiday and would use this apartment again.

Fantastic spotless apt with beautiful pool and so

Again another fantastic stay at this gorgeous apt complex with free car included. Great location and so so peaceful hardly anyone ever at the pool so if looking for chill out place this is the apt. Location just at el duque and can walk easily to either la caleta or even right to las americas. Julio owner is a delight to deal with and if any issues will quickly respond . WiFi included and comfy bed as well. Be back but certainly recommend this esp with car included.

Brilliant Apartment with all that one could expect

Brilliant Apartment, kept in spotless condition and located in an exceptionally quiet area.

All the conveniences of home are provided.

Beautiful view of the sea and the Costa Adeje area.

The underground garage is very convenient and the huge area of the sun terrace on the roof allows access to the sun all day long.

The only slight drawback is that there are no English language TV programs, but we did not find this a major problem as wi-Fi is provided.

Great apartment in great surroundings

This apartment was everything we wanted for our two week stay. Comfortable, well equipped kitchen, plenty of home comforts - TV, DVD, wi-fi, great outdoor space (balcony and secluded roof terrace). The apartment is situated in an exclusive area of high class residences and classy hotels.

The fact that a car was thrown in for free was an amazing bonus, we always hire a car and this saved us lots of money.

We met the owner Julio on three occasions and he is a lovely, charming man who attended to our every need.

The only slight drawback was the long walk up hill back to the apartment from the sea front but if we were feeling lazy we took the car.

Adeje is a lovely place with an upmarket feel and there is a great choice of restaurants and bars. We always attempt to try a different restaurant every night but we returned to Great Little Italy twice mainly due to the wonderful music provided by the young guitarist who appears there.

All in all this was a lovely holiday and the apartment gave us a great base from which to explore the island. I intend to return to the apartment if we decide to visit Tenerife again.

Our Beautiful Ground Floor apartment with Sun Terraces facing The Pool and Front Garden,is located at a small complex is perfectly located between the famous 'Gran Bahia del Duque Hotel' and the luxurious 'Vincci la Plantacion del Sur hotel'. Costa Adeje is an exclusive resort area in Playa de las Americas which is famous for its wonderful El Duque beach, which is 5min walking from Our Property; Exclusive shops/restaurants and numerous 5-star hotels at the area as well.
