Enjoy wonderful sunsets without moving from the couch

130 m2 apartment with 2 double bedrooms main en suite with dressing room and sofa bed 140 in the

spacious living room (approximately 70 m2).

It is fully glazed and on high ground so from all rooms are stunning views of the sea, the mountains and the Skyline of Benidorm. The tranquility is absolute because it is the only apartment in that wing of the building and is the 21st floor.

The complex is closed with concierge and security cameras. It has a swimming pool for adults and children, tennis court, paddle courts and playground. It has private parking space reserved, (high season there can be no seats).

It is fully equipped with comfortable furnishings and quality (with chaise-longe sofa Natuzzi).

It has a washing machine, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, iron, hob. And utensils

kitchen.

It also has a private patio and terrace with about 18 m2 equipped with deckchairs

Apartment shocking

The apartment was very dirty, dated furniture, tiles missing from showers, light bulbs missing, the road up to the apartment is very very steep, we were very dissatisfied with the accommodation, would never ever come to this apartment again.

Owner's Response: Incomprehensible comment. The apartment has just be clenaed, in addition a cleanliness offered him extra that you I reject. If some bulb was fused only it has to stay it for replace. We are busy always with trying to solve as possible everthing what gets damaged. There are several furniture that were to releasing (sofa, lamps, table) for what the comment turns out to be even more disconcerting.

Terrible It sould have no stars !!!!!

It was so bad we couldn't stay in it . Had to find alternative accommodation !!!!!!

Owner's Response: Lamentamos profundamente que nuestro apartamento no haya respondido a sus expectativas. Por desgracia hemos sufrido un percance en las últimas inundaciones ocurridas en la zona que han dañado el suelo del salón y se ha realizado una reparación provisional para que usted pudiera disfrutar de su estancia. Un apartamento no es un hotel, por lo que cualquier avería que surja hay que solucionarla lo mejor posible pero a veces de forma provisional, aunque sin restar para nada la habitabilidad del mismo. Afortunadamente la mayoría de nuestros huéspedes no opinan como usted, y muchos vuelven año tras año, pero está claro que no se puede gustar a todo el mundo.

Nice and high

The apartment is very good with beautiful view on Benidorm. Our family ( 2 + 3 ) had spent a pleasent week "near the sky". The apartment is extra large with mega living room. The kitchen has everything normal that you expect ( maybe is missing some things for baking pizza ). The beds are also good.

The balcony has a super view but also a windy moments.

Some small details in apartment are old and in future needed repairs.

The parking was always free ( but in high season that could be a problem ).

The tennis court was always closed but - because we were all day out with the car in exploring these part of Spain - these was no problem for us.

Mr. Enrique who was with us on check in and check out was very friendly and have a big patient on income day ( our flight have a big delay ).

Our impression is very good and we recommend these apartment!

Maravilloso como siempre

Es la tercera vez que voy, porque desde el primer momento me fascinaron sus vistas y su

tranquilidad.

Este año han renovado algunos muebles respecto al año pasado por lo que hemos estado

incluso más cómodos.

Estaba todo recién pintado y muy limpio. Además tienen a disposición del huésped su

propia plaza de garaje con acceso directo del ascensor al apartamento.

Así que como siempre hemos disfrutado de una maravillosa estancia que esperamos

poder repetir el año próximo, y el próximo y el próximo.

herrlicher Ausblick

Alles in Allem ein sehr schöner u entspannter Urlaub .

Wie alle berichten, ist der Ausblick morgens wie abends ein Traum ,da kann man schon mal schnell wegen der doch schon recht verlebten Wohnung einige Abstriche machen ,habe es aber schon dem Besitzer mitgeteilt und er gelobigt Besserung ,natürlich schwierig wenn das Objekt fast das ganze Jahr ausgebucht ist .

Man muss sich aber auch im klaren sein, trotz der 21. Etage und der Aufzug doch recht flott rauf u runter fährt ,man vom Strand aus ein beträchtlich steilen Weg hinauf laufen muss ,nach dem Sonnen und spät am Abends noch mal ,das heißt auch beim Strand Urlaub kann man was für seine Beinmuskulatur machen ,das hält fit, doch mit Kinderwagen sehr erschwerlich,

Einige meter rechts runter ist ein sehr gut sortierter Minimarkt ,der alle Wünsche fürs tägliche Leben erfüllt.

Der Trip zum Kreuz ist auch ein Muss,da der Ausblick von dort oben hinreißend ist und die 45 Gehstrecke auch zu überwinden ist .
