This stunning apartment is located on the popular Lomas de los Monteros development and has been furnished beautifully throughout. The apartment offers three well appointed bedrooms which can comfortably sleep six people, one of which is a double room and the second/third rooms are twin. There is also an en-suite to the master and a separate family bathroom. There is a contemporary, spacious open plan living/dining area with table seating for either and lounge seating for eight. There is also a flat screen TV (for dvd use only), DVD player and Hi-Fi system and FREE WIFI for all guests to use (subject to a fair usage policy). The kitchen is well appointed and also includes a fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Other features of the apartment include an integrated vacuum hoover system and full air-conditioning. The property offers great views from the balcony and outdoor table/seating.

Our recent stay at this property was fantastic. The location provides stunning views with an abundance of outdoor space to enjoy them. The quality of this home coupled with how the owners have equipped it made it an absolute joy to stay there and we would certainly rent it again.The local beach and Marbella were very good, quite location and very good for families with 3 swimming pool .

Spacious & comfortable 3 bed apartment with nice sized balcony terrace but not much of a view apart from surrounding apartments. Free WiFi & DVD player but no TV as in sky sports & other programmes. Quiet location up the hill 7 to 10 minutes from the coast so needs a car to get about. Easy secure parking with lifts to underground car park & allocated parking space. Well maintained communal gardens & pools.

Lots of space, well decorated and equipped. Easily booked and with friendly on site help. This was a well maintained location suited for family groups. Comfortable kitchen, dining area and balcony. Accurately described, clean and recommened. We hired a car and it was needed. The local beach was fabulous. Lots of supermarkets, restaurants and beaches. No view from the balcony (none claimed) but excellent for a shaded late breakfast. Lots of pools all well maintained.
The property is exactly as described on the advert. The booking process was easy and straight forward with a professional agent looking after the payments and deposit. Very helpful and great communication. The urbanisation is spotless and the pools and communal areas kept to a great standard. The pools are quiet, few sun beds but we always managed to get one, some other guests weren't quite so lucky and had to sit on the grass. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Lovely kitchen, I did a lot of cooking and had no problems at all, could have done with a roasting tin and a few pans but I bought what I was short of and it was fine. My only criticism is that there isn't enough out door furniture for six people so we couldn't eat outside other than for breakfast and snacks, a slightly bigger table and two more chairs would be a great addition. There also are no views from the balcony, I wasn't expecting any as it isn't mentioned in the advert so it isn't a complaint just for information to future visitors. Donna was helpful when we arrived and for any questions during our stay and organised a fob for the underground car park so we could park in the shade in a secure garage, this was a massive bonus for us. The only problem we had was trying to get a taxi, we rang to number Donna recommended but the taxi never showed despite lots of phone calls, speaking to other people we found this to have been unusual but never the less it didn't work for us and we didn't bother trying after than. All in all our stay was a pleasure and the apartment was great!
Los Monteros in the hills Altos de Marbella is an attractive and scenic spot only a 10 minute drive from the centre of Marbella. There are three great golf courses and a suburb tennis club and extensive beaches within a 5-10 minute drive. Marbella is blessed with superb sunny climate and locals say it rains for only 25 days in a year! Sierra Nevada is 2 hours drive and Tarifa on the Atlantic coast is 1 hour 15 minutes away. You can catch a ferry to Tangiers in Morocco and visit the souks, all in a day trip.
Los Monteros is approximately 45 minutes drive from Malaga Airport and oly a 1 hour drive (85km) from Gibraltar. Car Hire recommended. Nearest Travel Links: Airport is Malaga, 45 kms; Railway is Fuengirola 25kms. Airlines: Monarch, Jet 2, Thomas Cook, British Airways, Thompsons, Aer Lingus. Car Hire: Several companies are based within the airport terminal and car hire firms include Avis, Sixt, Hertz.
