Fabulous Eight Bedroom Townhouse Duplex Near The Sand with AC!

Have a large group? No problem! This newly remodeled 8 bedroom townhouse style duplex is perfect for you! Situated less than 100 yards from the sand, this is perfect for groups looking to enjoy the sun, sand, and waves. With 3000+ square feet total, there is plenty of room with the added benefit of privacy between the two units. Both units come with their own garage parking (1 car each), full size laundry facilities, stocked kitchens, large living areas, patios with BBQ's, and beach chairs.

This 3000+ square foot townhouse style duplex consists of two separate units that are open & airy with lots of room! The back unit was finished being remodeled in 2016 and the front unit was remodeled in 2017. With high end finishes and appliances, there is nothing to not love about these units. The front unit has 4 bedrooms with 3.5 baths and the back unit has 4 bedrooms with 3.5 baths.

The downstairs for both units consists of the kitchen, dining area, and family room. The rooms are open with high ceilings and natural light. There is also a powder room downstairs along with the full size laundry facilities.

Each kitchen is outfitted with high end appliances and an assortment of spices, oils, and other cooking basics. Pots, pans, knife blocks (1 per unit), bone china dishware, flatware, and glasses are also provided along with a coffee maker, tea kettle, and toaster. If you have any specific questions on what is provided, please just ask!

Both units have all their bedrooms upstairs. There are 8 bedrooms total. All bed and bath linens are professionally laundered and are always soft and clean. It is the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach or at work!

There are 6 bathrooms upstairs total (3 per unit). The front unit consists of 3 large showers with rain and handheld shower heads. The back unit has 3 showers and two bathrooms have large jacuzzi tubs.

There are a total of 16 beach chairs provided for use during your stay.

1. Are there two units? Are they connected?
Yes, these are two separate units. They are side by side townhouse style, but they are not connected. So if you would like to go from one to the other, you will have to walk outside to do so.

2. Is this listing for both units?
Yes, this listing is for both units, i.e. the whole duplex. We have separate listings if you would like to only rent one of the units.

3. What is included in terms of linens?
We provide bedding for all the beds. Bedding will include: fitted sheet, flat sheet, duvet & cover, and four pillows with pillow cases. For towels, we provide 32 bath towels, 32 hand towels, 16 washcloths, and 16 beach towels.

4. Is there a BBQ?
Yes, each unit has the same BBQ on their respective patio. It is a natural gas Weber 6 burner BBQ.

5. How far is the beach?
The beach is less than 300 feet away from the property. Although you can't see it on a map, there is a pathway in front of the property to get to the sand.

6. How much parking is included?
There is 1 garage for 1 car per unit, so 2 garage spots total (but they are separate). There is street parking all around the area and that does not require a permit of any sort. The garages will fit a normal sized SUV but anything larger would need to find street parking.

7. Are there any beach items included with the property?
Yes, we provide 16 beach chairs, beach towels for everyone on your reservation, and an umbrella. We also have small beach toys for little ones.

8. Do you provide bikes?
No, but there are plenty of rental places nearby and some will even deliver the bikes to you.

Great location and property
A group of colleagues and I rented both sides of this property for a work conference and it was great! It was clean, updated, and comfortable. Location is A+. Only a block from the beach and just over a mile to the Newport Beach Pier. I would happily stay at this property again.
