Sea views, a stones throw from the beach, beautiful home sleeping up to 11.

Gabriel's Hall is a unique sea side, quirky,spacious family home that welcomes pets. The house is set over three floors overlooking the Steyne Gardens with some rooms with sea views.. Sleeping 8-11. Children love the house and the beach is minutes from the house, crazy golf and the little train that scoots up and down the promenade. Four legged friends are very welcome there are some great walks along the promenade and the Sussex Downs, with many pet friendly cafes and restaurants.The sitting room spans the entire 1st floor, a wonderful space to entertain with huge comfy sofas and large open fires. A well equipped kitchen with underfloor heating. All four bedrooms are spacious with good quality bed linen and fluffy towels, with addition z beds for children or guests who prefer their individual beds. The house is within walking distance from restaurants, shops, cafes and the train station. A real home from home, full of lots of books, board games, magazines, all the kitchen basics and beach towels. There is plenty of parking outside and we provide parking permits. The house is in a wonderfully quite location but there is so much on the door step. fishing , walking, sailing, water sports, horse riding and cycling. I have lived in the area for many years and can offer lots of idea's of places to visit .The house is a great base to explore all that that West Sussex coast has to offer, The GoodWood rival. festival of Speed, The Weald and Down Museum, Arundel, Arundel castle , Arundel Lido,Chichester, Chichester festival theatre, Portsmouth, Southampton, Brighton A really great versatile all year round venue, whether it be for a quite retreat, a wedding venue, family get together/reunion, celebrate a birthday, special anniversary, murder mystery weekend or great value mid week work accommodation this is a wonderful welcoming house....

80th Birthday in Bognor Regis

25 The Steyne is exactly like it looks in the photographs. Period house all decorated in keeping with the period. Very warm and the beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped and the owner very helpful.

Downside - lots of stairs - probably not the best for the elderly - although there is a bedroom with bathroom access on the ground floor.

Plumbing - shower downstairs very unpredictable! All in all - we had a lovely time - tiqht squeeze for a family of 10 adults and teenagers bedroom wise - but fine for the weekend. Had a fantastic meal in the Navigator Hotel on the Saturday night - right up my mum and dads street and the staff were so friendly!

Large, well-kept house, very close to the beach

This was a great rental as a base for touring Sussex and beyond. During our stay we went to Petworth House, Portsmouth's Historical Dockyard, Arundel, Butlin's for the day and Chichester. Bognor beach is a minute's walk away to clear the head in the morning. The house was well-kept, with plenty of space to get lost in for a bit of quiet time away from the kids. Had a fantastic half-term away with the kids.

Lovely family accommodation next to the beach

Highly recommend this property for a stay in Bognor Regis. The property was spacious, clean and a stones throw from the beach. We felt totally at home, welcomed with milk, flowers and prosecco! The kids loved it and were able to cross the road to the gardens to play. Linens and towels were high quality and in plenty, lovely additional touches such as buckets, spades and body boards available for use. We will definitely use again if we are visiting the area.

Gabriel’s Hall lies within easy driving distance of Goodwood or Fontwell for a day at the races, and visitors can also enjoy various places of interest such as Pagham Nature Reserve, the Weald and Downland Open Air Museum, not to mention the glorious South Downs, Arundel with its castle, antique shops and Wildfowl and Wetlands.
