Private suite that sleeps 4, walk to Downtown, 7 miles to Snowbowl Rd turnoff
About Liz Hobbs
We are midwestern transplants to Flagstaff. Brandon was offered a job as a chemistry professor here in 1996, and we moved, not knowing what to expect. We have been thrilled to discover the wonders of National Forests and National Parks, and things like snowboarding and mountain biking. We love Flagstaff, and we love sharing our knowledge of the area with our guests.
Liz Hobbs purchased this House in 1996
Why Liz Hobbs chose Coconino Estates
We bought our house because of it's location. It's convenient to NAU, Snowbowl and downtown Flagstaff, close to trails and parks.

Everything was great! Only shortcoming was that Flagstaff was hot that week and the air conditioning was a little strained... but it did keep the bedroom perfectly comfy...all other times it would be perfect!
Very comfortable guest house
Very comfortable and all needs met.
Wonderful host, great place
Liz, the owner was very accommodating and friendly to our family and made our short
stay very pleasant.
Great location for the home and close to everything we needed. Made this our base for visiting the south rim of the Grand Canyon.
Perfect home for a couple, nice size bedroom, small living room but adequate.
Would definitely stay here again
Our stay was wonderful.
From the fresh flowers to homemade muffins for breakfast, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Liz was a wonderful host, our place was so clean and comfortable. The goodies they greeted us with in the frig were an extra special treat too. Highly recommend !
Cozy and comfortable !
ideal location - perfect for a long weekend !
It's a quiet location and yet less than a mile to walk downtown. Clean and spacious. There's a coffee maker, water heater, microwave, and a nice size fridge. Beats staying at a hotel by a long shot.
We live in a traditional Flagstaff neighborhood. We are 7 miles from the turnoff for Snowbowl. We are an easy walk downtown (3/4 mile to the edge of downtown). Just off the urban trail, where you can ride bikes or walk off road all day. Coffee shops, restaurants and a good (but small) grocery all within several blocks.
If you want a place convenient to both downtown and the Arizona Snowbowl, in a traditional Flagstaff neighborhood, please come and stay!
