About Steven Thesman
I am an architect, born in Glendale, California. I came to New Orleans to attend Tulane University and graduated with degrees in Architecture and Historic Preservation, and developed a profound appreciation for this town's rich history and cool old buildings. I fell in love with this city and made it my home. I want you to get the most out of your visit to New Orleans, and I will provide a relaxing, comfortable, and convenient experience.

My dad and I bought this house in 2014. I have lived in New Orleans for 15 years and love this city. I live in Unit B which is in the building. I am available if you need any assistance or have any questions about the apartment.

Excellent stay in Fauburg Lafayette
The property is close to everything, so almost every time we walked to the restaurant and the things we wanted to see. For visiting the Evergreen plantiotion we used the car which was parked in front of house. we recommend this property to everyone..
the owner was very kind and helpful.
Naska K. with family
The stay was perfect. Communication with owner was great. Only small complaint I have is the tv would not turn on, at all. So I had to go the whole stay with no tv. Besides that it was great!
Good place for a last minute trip to New Orleans
I am traveling to my new residence and decided to explore New Orleans. It was my first time in the city and I had a great time. The place is clean and has a cute backyard for relaxation. It is near a major highway so if your walking to the trolley or towards downtown you have to pass under the highway and through some traffic. You just have to be aware of your surroundings as is the case in most cities. I did feel safe while in the house just had some wary moments when walking under the bridge, but I also had similar moments when walking in the French quarter which is filled with tourists and locals. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone who wants to visit and the free parking was also an added benefit.
Great property and manager!
Steven was super helpful when we were getting checked into the property. Everything was clean and had great ease of access to transportation to get around New Orleans. The property is also not too far from the WWII museum which was amazing! Should we come back to the city again I know I’ll be looking to book with Steven!
We had a lovely stay. The place was clean and comfortably accommodated four of us with two beds. Sweet back patio.
