Our property is composed of three adjacent villas set in an acre of private land. The south villa, the north villa and the new villa. Always ask about availability even if it shows unavailable. We have three villas and only one calendar. The first two villas have only one bedroom and can accommodate up to 4 people. The new villa has a second bedroom in the cellar and can take up to 6 people. Quiet and spacious, laid out on two levels, each of our homes is the ideal accommodation for a couple or a family of four. Each villa has two levels. The upper level has the master bath and bedroom as well as a balcony to watch your most memorable sunrises from. The ground level consists of a living room with a couch/bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 6 people, and a bathroom with shower. Each villa looks out to an airy and shady patio. Table and chairs are provided for relaxing and enjoying a cold drink or having lunch or dinner outdoors. Barbecue on request. Tastefully decorated, the house will make you feel at home. Our purpose is to make guests feel that they move to their own holiday house in Santorini. Laundry facility is in the south villa and the new villa.
One villa is separate from the other so that each party of guests is not disturbed by the other. Perfect, though, for friends who travel together and want to be close but separate.
1) SOUTH VILLA has a bigger outdoors covered space and a washing machine. It can accommodate up to 4 people. 2 in the bedroom and 2 in the sofa-bed on the ground floor.
2) NORTH VILLA has a day bed area in the back facing the mountain for a perfect evening chillout. It can accommodate up to 4 people. 2 in the bedroom and 2 in the sofa-bed on the ground floor.
3) NEW VILLA has a second bedroom in the cellar with two beds which is perfect for the children to have their own space. It can accommodate up to 6 people. 4 in the two bedrooms and 2 in the sofa-bed on the ground floor. This villa also has a washing machine.
The houses are surrounded by one acre of land which carries pine, fig, apricot, lemon, olive trees, and a huge collection of cactuses. Right outside our walls there is three tiny churches which our visitors are free to visit.

About Anna Gani, Nikos Nikolopoulos
I came in Santorini about 25 years ago as a tourist and I was spellbound by this place. I have my own business on the island. Lately I bought this beautiful house at the most quiet spot for my retirement. Until then I have decided to rent it.
Anna Gani, Nikos Nikolopoulos purchased this Villa in 2011
Why Anna Gani, Nikos Nikolopoulos chose Municipality of Thira
I chose this part of Santorini because of its peacefulness and its rural atmosphere which is rare in super touristy Santorini.
Cancelled bookings will not receive a refund.
Anna & Nikos were perfect hosts. There place was perfectly located far enough from Fira to provide the privacy you want but close enough to Fira and Oia for sight seeing. There home was well decorated, well equipped, comfortable and spotless. Loved the sea view from the back porch along with the cozy pillowed benches for hanging out in the shade. The Bourgainvilla flowers were stunning! Perfect stay!
Thanks for a nice stay at your lovely villa
Amazing place to stay
We loved our stay here.
3 small rentals and the owners living in a 4th.
Stayed with our daughter and it was great.
Owners nice and informative on things to do
You need a car here for sure
10 min walk to a beach but the nicer beaches are a drive.
Quiet part of the island so nice to get some peace and quiet
Good wifi and the accommodation had all we needed.
I would recommend this place
We had a great stay here with our family of 5. Anna and Nikos were great and gave us lots of tips on where to go and when to avoid certain locations due to cruise ships or crowds. We had a car and explored much of the island within easy distances from the villas. The villa itself was clean and comfortable. Communication was great before our arrival as well. We had no issues and would highly recommend a stay here!
We stayed here on our honeymoon for just under a week and had a very pleasant experience. The home owners of these Villas were very nice and more than accomadating. They both showed showed us some of the best sights to see during our stay of which helped out a lot. We stayed in the South Villa during our time here. We also were able to see the North Villa upon arriving, both nice but we preferred the South for the larger bed. Waking up here was fantastic each day. The ocean breeze and morning sun would gently awaken us through our terrace outside our bedroom The property is covered with beautiful cactuses, flowers and a couple apricot trees that were unbelievably delicious. It was amazing to have a fresh apricot with breakfast. Location for us was perfect. The Villas sit close to everything, the airport, Oai, Fira and in just a short 30 minute drive we found ourselves at the southern most tip of Santorini. I would HIGHLY reccomend getting a car, not only to go to and from places like the cities to the Villas but to EXPLORE! The best thing by far about Santorini was taking a car and just driving and finding random places. There's so much more to see than the basics like Oai and Fira, which are still neat but we personally found the best sights outside the tourist traps and gift shops. The small winding streets, the country side, seeing all the faces of where the island met the ocean and best of all..stopping and going when YOU want! Fantastic stay.
The New Villa - The Perfect 10/10
We booked a hire car and had planned to navigate our way to the villa via a supermarket. Luckily Nikos met us at the airport and guided us to both which made for an easy start.
The New Villa is un-surprisingly modern, well equipped and in a fabulous location surrounded by natural, rugged beauty and an uninterrupted view out to sea.
The air-con, wifi, hot water, washing machine all functioned perfectly and the mattress was extremely comfortable.
I found 3 beaches within 15 mins walk, 1 rocky, 1 by a little port (shingle) and the 3rd black sand. All had beautiful clean/clear water and on the 3rd beach we were the only people on it. Within 20 mins drive there are numerous sandy beaches with restaurant, bars etc.
A 5 min stroll from the villa takes you to a boutique hotel, they have a wonderful pool with outside bar and the most luxurious of loungers, hammocks and sofas. Providing you buy a few coffees the hotel are happy for you to use their facilities and made us feel most welcome. We ate there one night, international cuisine at approx 15€ per head, the food was good and the quadruple gins were better.
We visited the 2 sunset towns of Oia and Fira (15 & 20 mins drive) on the days when no cruise ships were due (Nikos & Anna will advise), they were beautiful and the sunsets can’t fail to leave you on a natural high. Front row seats at the sunset restaurants need booking in advance, again Anna & Nikos can help.
There’s a generous amount of private outdoor space, perfect for BBQs, lounging & reading, all set in absolute peace and quiet.
We ate out every night bar one, burgers to fillet steaks (10€ to 35€) nothing was a disappointment. On the night we stayed in, I purchased two huge T-bone steaks for 6€ each. The nearest supermarket is a 10 mins drive, the larger are 15 mins drive.
I’ve never gone back to the same villa before because I like to experience somewhere different each year. However I know without doubt I will visit Santorini again. The whole package of the villa, the location, the sites to see and the amazing customer service offered by Nikos & Anna has ensured that.
Our flights home were not until late at night and as no one was staying in the villa the next day, Nikos and Anna said check out whatever time you like. We were so grateful as it gave us another relaxing day.
Personally we thought the villa was better than described and most definitely undersold.
The whole package offered by Nikos & Anna is the perfect 10/10
By a fishermen's port, and looking at the sea, this house is conveniently located between Fira and Oia, the two prime destinations of Santorini.
A quiet sandy beach is at walking distance. The nearest organized beach, Vourvoulos beach, is just 2 miles away. One more beach with umbrellas and strechers is in baxedes on the way to Oia 5 minutes by car. The closest taverna and mini-market is in the village of Vourvoulos less than 2 miles from the house. Many more taverns and restaurants as well as super markets, tourist offices and rental car agencies can be found at Fira or Oia, both just 5 miles away.
The house is surrounded by one acre of land which carries pine, fig, apricot, lemon, olive trees, and a huge collection of cactuses. Right outside our walls there is three tiny churches which our visitors are free to visit.
