A quiet peaceful modern romantic apartment tastefully decorated with all facilities, situated in the centre of the village in a quiet residential area with private intercom access.

One of the best features of the apartment is the fantastic unrivalled panoramic views of the sea, beach and mountains as seen from the private 24-metre terrace. The terrace gets the sun all day long and is ideal for a winter or summer break.

A perfect apartment for painting, writing or reading with breathtaking scenic views and total peace and tranquility.

Watch the fishing boats from the terrace going out from the nearby village of Garrucha.

Accommodation comprises of a large spacious open plan lounge/fully fitted kitchen.1 Bedroom/dressing room, bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and wc, a 24-metre private sunny terrace with large patio table, chairs, sun lounger's & parasol.

Location and Amenities: The apartment is situated in the centre of the village near to all amenities.The bus stop and internet cafe is at the end of the street. There is a cash point and 3 small supermarkets in the village. There is a leisure centre and swimming pool in the village.

No transport needed.

The white sandy 10km EEC Blue Flag Beach is within walking distance.

This coast has the most unspoilt beaches in the whole of Europe you can even find a beach to yourself in August.

There are four golf courses nearby to accommodate all standards including the famous Desert Sands Golf Club 72 par the only Desert Golf Club in Europe..

Walk in the mountains with wild flowers and bird watching.

For motorcyclists there are some fabulous runs through the coastline of the Cabo de Gata Natural Park or the Sierra Cabrera Mountains.

The Cabo de Gata Natural Park is of great beauty and ecological wealth, see wild pink flamingoes in there natural habitat.

There is also Horse Riding, Scuba Diving, Fishing, Cycling, Sailing, wind surfing, quad biking and tennis.

Eating out: The village has some fabulous international restaurants and traditional bars. The beach is one of the few places now in Europe where you can eat and drink right on the beach while listening and watching the ocean in one of the Chirinigutos.

If you are a fish lover the fishing village of Garrucha is nearby where fresh fish is brought straight from the boat to your table.

General Information: Mojacar has one of the sunniest climates in Europe with 3,000 hours of sunshine a year compared with 3,000 hours of rain in the UK. With all the reasonable flights from the UK and easy access to the village it is ideal for a weekend break.

Little piece of paradise!

We had our most relaxing holiday EVER - spent simply hours and hours on the sun drenched terrace, reading, listening to music, chatting and of course admiring the wonderful views all around! We absolutely loved it and hope very definitely to go back again - and again...

The weather was great -we were able to eat every meal outdoors; clear blue skies every day and though often a breeze, it kept it comfortable. We particularly loved Mojacar Pueblo as it's so pretty, also thought the Playa area beautifully clean and well cared for with some goods shops and eating places - so easy to walk to and catch the bus back up the hill! The location of the apartment is perfect and we've both come back feeling really refreshed and relaxed - so a huge thank you for letting us share your special piece of paradise for a few days.

Mojacar is an enchanting magical Moorish village of white washed houses perched on the hillside overlooking the beach and mountains. The village is totally unspoilt with quaint cobbled streets and is steeped in history. The village has lots of restaurants and bars offering all types of food. There is an internet cafe at the end of the street. There is 3 small supermarkets and a cash point in the village. The bus stop is at the end of the street. The village has lots of free parking.
