Villa Rusalka's build was completed at the end of 2012 & has been furnished with all new furniture in 2013. The house is very modern & has a lot of windows/doors keeping the place full of natural light. The tourist board awarded the property a 4 star rating on their inspection/classification.
On the ground floor there is a large spacious entrance hall with super modern kitchen & open planned dining table area for 8, which opens out to the benkavet stone paved courtyard and pool area. The kitchen also opens out to the south to a grassed garden with outdoor table and chairs. A bathroom and laundry also accommodate the ground floor.
A floating wooden staircase leads to the first floor to the living room, which opens out onto a balcony where you will enjoy a panoramic view of the courtyard and pool backed by national reserve land that is uninhabited with typical Dalmation rocky land scape scattered with olive trees. The living room is complete with a large sofa & chairs & TV entertainment system. A bedroom with a double bed complete with balcony & ensuite is situated on this floor.
On the second attic floor is the master bedroom with a king sized bed, ensuite & balcony which has views across the national reserve land & down to Milna village & port. There are 2 other bedrooms both with queen size beds sharing a bathroom on this floor.
The pool is 7 x 3 m & a depth of 1.6m, with an outdoor shower & reclining wooden pool loungers. The outdoor built in stone BBQ is on the lower terrace complete surrounded by a large outdoor dining table & outdoor sofa chairs & hammock so guests can enjoy preparing their lunch or dinner with close proximity to the pool & kitchen!

We had the most wonderful holiday in Croatia! Your house was simply superb. Our family loved it - the design, the location in the small fishing village of Milna, the pool and the outdoor common areas. Such a stylish design - it must be the most beautiful house in the town. Congrats to you on building such a gem in Croatia. Thank you for sharing your house with us.
Had a wonderful stay at this villa, situated in an extremely pretty place very close to the Marina with restaurants and shops. The villa had everything we needed, lots of room and lovely bedrooms. We especially like the large bbq area and hammock :) We would definitely recommend this property to friends. Thank you for sharing it.
We had a fantastic time at the villa and it was well equipped with everything we could possibly require. Wonderful pool and loungers and big open kitchen and outside BBQ meant that we spent a lot of time around the villa. We walked into the village everyday for local bread, drinks and restaurants. There was a pretty steep hill to get down into the village down by the harbour which meant our meals were well earned!
We stopped off on route from the ferry at Supertar at lidl for a big shop, and then local shops in Milna kept us going for the rest of our stay for plenty of BBQs. We drove to several local beaches as well as a further drive to Bol for the island's famous beach. We wouldn't recommend the villa for families with young children due to some hard edges around the pool and the interior staircase but it was just what we wanted and would definitely recommend this property. The decor was very modern and the the villa was spotlessly clean. The air con kept us cool during a very hot week. Overall we had a great time staying at the villa and would return.
The house was very well located and a short walk to the very pretty harbour. The house was incredibly spacious, modern and very well appointed . Dealing with Steff was a pleasure and we were greeted on our arrival. A great holiday and I would have no hesitation in recommending this to anybody.
We stayed here and it was a fantastic experience. The house is a short 10 min walk into Milna where you will find many great restaurants and a lovely waterfront walk. The house has everything you need, a very well equipped kitchen, a lot of space, top notch entertainment system, comfortable beds and more! The outdoor entertaining area and swimming pool is perfect for relaxing days. We highly recommend this rental property - you will not be dissapointed. We can't wait to go back there.
We (8 persons) had a wonderful week in this house that exceeded our expectations! Plenty of space, great kitchen and comfortable beds and sunbeds. The pool made us all play like kids again! Stef (our hostess) had prepered us with all kind of useful information wich helped a lot. The village Milna is a beautiful, quiet little village from where we picked our fresh bread and fruits for breakfast every morning. I loved to go down to the local beach just down the hill, but there are plenty of nice places/beaches to visit around the island. If you go in the summer, be prepered to wait for the ferry in Split. We will defenitly recomend this house to friends.
Spacious and well-equipped house on the outskirts of Milna. The nice harbour of Milna, with many good restaurants, is a 10 minute - downhill - walk from the house. (So it takes a little longer on the way back.)
With good-sized bedrooms, kitchen and living-room this is a house that can easily accommodate a big family. The outdoor area is as nice as the indoor house, with a large patio with dinner-table, sofa, a big pool and sun-deck chairs.
Nice and responsible owners that was easy to get in contact with, also during our stay. All in all, we highly recommend this house.
Short walk down the hill to the harbour/marina which has restaurants & bars, bakery, small supermarket & a selection of shops.
