The 3-story home includes 7 spacious bedrooms two living rooms, formal dinning room, 5 bathrooms, a full kitchen with pantry. Enjoy a sun filled breakfast table, large family room, various reading rooms, TV rooms, side porches, and a grand front porch with rocking chairs to watch the carriages pass by. The covered side entrance has a private driveway with space for 4 vehicles parked tandem. Tenant shall put the Recycling bins on the curb Sunday night and Trash bins on the curb Monday night. Do not put recycling in plastic trash bags.

Our first VRBO vacation

This historic house is huge. So many rooms! My self and my five children plus their spouses and five grandchildren under the age of 3. Plenty of room. Great location able to walk to the beach and mall. Kids had the added plus of watching the horse drawn carriages come down the street a couple times a day.

Big house Great location

This was a big house in a great location. Communication was great and the amenities left by the owner were very nice (beach tags, coffee, paper products, toilet paper etc.) the house needed some repairs and the bathrooms and floors weren’t very clean. It would’ve also been nice to have locks on the bathroom doors; You never knew if someone would walk in on you. Other than that it was a great house.

Great week in Cape May

Thank you Erin and Kevin for hosting our vacation! The house was the perfect size and location for our family of nine. We used the entire house, from third floor bedrooms, to the bedroom on the first floor. The driveway accommodated all 4 of our cars, so no need for on street parking. We enjoyed the front porch each morning and the backyard grill at night! We absolutely loved the location! A choice approved by all our family, we’ve already booked for next year!
