5*****Stunning apartment on garden level:2 bedr,2 bathrooms,2 terraces,comfort

New: stunning garden-level apartment “Like a house” with front and rear windows located in a fenced residence with direct access to the white sandy beach at the end of a private garden. The views over the turquoise-blue lagoon is heavenly.

Double exposition over the lagoon and the marina, 2 terraces and 2 totally private gardens.

There are 2 bedrooms and a living room that are air-conditioned and tastefully decorated, a bathroom, a shower room and a separate toilet. There is a wonderful large fully fitted kitchen that is fully glazed on a side and that opens onto a terrace. Everything is new.

You will find a very large covered terrace overlooking the sea, a comfortable living room and a spacious dining room with roller blinds.

The high standing fenced residence has a private parking space. You can access the marina, the golf, the restaurants and the shops on foot from the residence as well as the boats leading to the islands.

It sleeps 2 to 6 persons. The weekly rate is for 4 people and can be adjusted according to the number of guests.

The apartment with all modern conveniences is beautifully and tastefully decorated and the kitchen and the beds are new.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment with front and rear windows and ventilated by trade winds, the beach at the end of the garden and the views over the turquoise-blue lagoon: it is a small jewel. You must have a crush on this place.

5 ***** stay! Amazing apartment!

This review is long overdue however finally I had some time to slow down, sit in front of the computer and do it. My friend and I rented this amazing apartment from Nicole in March 2015 and stayed there for two weeks. The communication prior to the arrival was flawless, Nicole has answered all our questions without delay. She has also picked us up from the airport as we didn't plan to rent a car in the first week of our stay. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you may think of: utensils, crockery, towels and more. The marina with plenty of bars and restaurant is a stone throw away from the apartment, also quote big supermarket where you can buy all necessary food should you wish to cater for yourself instead of eating out. Plenty of shops around with the souvenirs, also a pharmacy and small local shops selling some fresh local produce. I would certainly recommend the location and this apartment to everyone and should I travel to Guadeloupe again I will certainly contact Nicole again to rent the apartment.

EXCEPTIONNEL

Tout d'abord, nous commencerons par remercier Line pour son excellent accueil d'autant plus apprécié après 8H de vol. Elle nous a fait découvrir ce superbe appartement qu'elle avait préparé au préalable et nous avons étés stupéfaits par l'aménagement, le confort, la propreté et la vue magnifique sur le lagon. Notre repas du soir créole, comme le petit déjeuner du lendemain avaient été préparés ce qui nous a dégagés de tout souci à notre arrivée. Sans oublier bien entendu le punch maison qui nous attendait dans le frigo! C'est un must, surtout ne changez rien. Un grand merci pour toutes ces attentions qui sont le fruit de la volonté de Madame Morat propriétaire avec qui les échanges sont toujours aisés. A ceci bien entendu nous ajouterons, la propreté irréprochable de l'appartement , la qualité des couchages ainsi que le haut niveau d'équipement global, les terrasses ouvertes sur le lagon et sur la marina. Tous ces éléments font que ce séjour ne peut être qu'exceptionnellement agréable. Un grand Merci à vous .

Un beau séjour

Nous avons passé une dizaine de jours en aout dans cet appartement tout confort. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et on s'y sent "comme à la maison". Il bénéficie d'une vue sur mer qui est très reposante.

Nous avons pu profiter du port de pêche qui se situe à 5 min à pied et où il est possible d'acheter directement aux pêcheurs du poisson frais.

L'endroit est bien sécurisé et la plage située devant est idéale pour les enfants. La proximité avec le club de voile a permis à nos enfants de s'y rendre en toute autonomie et sécurité pour profiter des activités nautiques sous la conduite d'un encadrement de qualité.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Line et nous la remercions pour sa gentillesse.

Un beau séjour puisque c'est la 2e fois que nous venons dans cette location.

The fenced residence is ideally located on the seafront on the East side and in front of Saint-François marina on the West side. The marina with moored pleasure boats, multiples bars and restaurants and all kinds of shops is accessible on foot.

The direct proximity to the international golf, that has recently been upgraded, is an asset for those who practice sports and a feast for the eye for others.

The brand new fittings of the water centre allow the water sport lovers to practice them at leisure.

From the marina, fishing trips are available as well as diving trips.

Several boats are available for day trips in the nature reserve of Petite Terre to discover a protected fauna and flora. You can see turtles, rays, dolphins and maybe even whales according to the season.

From Saint-François, boats lead to the islands, Les Saintes, Marie-Galante or La Désirade.

Many restaurants offer a refined Creole, Indian or international cuisine.

There is the daily market of Saint-François to enjoy abundant local fruits and vegetables or ready meals.

At dusk, it is pleasant to have a ti punch or a fresh fruit cocktail accompanied by some accras.
