New: stunning garden-level apartment “Like a house” with front and rear windows located in a fenced residence with direct access to the white sandy beach at the end of a private garden. The views over the turquoise-blue lagoon is heavenly.

Double exposition over the lagoon and the marina, 2 terraces and 2 totally private gardens.

There are 2 bedrooms and a living room that are air-conditioned and tastefully decorated, a bathroom, a shower room and a separate toilet. There is a wonderful large fully fitted kitchen that is fully glazed on a side and that opens onto a terrace. Everything is new.

You will find a very large covered terrace overlooking the sea, a comfortable living room and a spacious dining room with roller blinds.

The high standing fenced residence has a private parking space. You can access the marina, the golf, the restaurants and the shops on foot from the residence as well as the boats leading to the islands.

It sleeps 2 to 6 persons. The weekly rate is for 4 people and can be adjusted according to the number of guests.

The apartment with all modern conveniences is beautifully and tastefully decorated and the kitchen and the beds are new.

5 ***** stay! Amazing apartment!

This review is long overdue however finally I had some time to slow down, sit in front of the computer and do it. My friend and I rented this amazing apartment from Nicole in March 2015 and stayed there for two weeks. The communication prior to the arrival was flawless, Nicole has answered all our questions without delay. She has also picked us up from the airport as we didn't plan to rent a car in the first week of our stay. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you may think of: utensils, crockery, towels and more. The marina with plenty of bars and restaurant is a stone throw away from the apartment, also quote big supermarket where you can buy all necessary food should you wish to cater for yourself instead of eating out. Plenty of shops around with the souvenirs, also a pharmacy and small local shops selling some fresh local produce. I would certainly recommend the location and this apartment to everyone and should I travel to Guadeloupe again I will certainly contact Nicole again to rent the apartment.

Ruhige Lage und dennoch mitten in der Stadt

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage direkt am Meer. Sie ist sehr komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die offene Küche ist hochwertig ausgestattet. In Verbindung mit der großzügigen Terrasse bietet sie alle Möglichkeiten.

Die Vermieterin hatte zur Begrüßung bereits für uns eingekauft und die Kühlschränke (es gibt sogar eigens einen Getränkekühlschrank!) gefüllt, auch für ein Abendessen vorgesorgt. Das war nach der doch langen Anreise eine große Wohltat.

Die Lage einerseits direkt am gepflegten Sandstrand, andererseits in unmittelbarer Nähe des Yachthafens mit zahlreichen Geschäften und Lokalen bietet alle Möglichkeiten, je nach Lust und Laune.

Site remarquable

Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour. Toute la famille du plus jeune (neuf mois) au plus âgé en avons bien profité. L'appartement est bien situé en bord de plage, la gare maritime, la base nautique à proximité ainsi que les restos . On peut tout faire à pied... et au besoin, louer vélos, ou auto à proximité. L'appartement est impeccable.

Tout est parfait

Nous rentrons de 8j de vacances en Guadeloupe . C est notre 3ème séjour ds l ile et cette année nous avons choisi de louer un appartement. Tout est parfait , il ne manque absolument rien. L appartement est très bien situé tout en étant très calme . Encore merci nous reviendrons tres certainement

Excellent séjour!

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce très bel appartement. A notre arrivée, tout était propre et impeccable. Il ne manque rien (notamment pour cuisiner: sel, huile, épices, etc...), ce qui est fort appréciable quand on vient de loin. La résidence est calme et bien insonorisée.

Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour et remercions Mme Morat pour toutes ses attentions (repas du soir, jeux pour les enfants...).

Appartement vraiment les pieds ds l'eau

Bel accueil de la propriétaire....qq produits alimentaires ns attendaient ds le frigo....bien sympathique après les heures d'avion et la fatigue. Encore un gd merci !

Situation idéale entre la marina et la plage

Seul bémol ....le soir on entend assez fort le bruit d'autres appart (musique, télévision)

Tout correspond aux images mises sur le site donc pas de mauvaises surprises.

The fenced residence is ideally located on the seafront on the East side and in front of Saint-François marina on the West side. The marina with moored pleasure boats, multiples bars and restaurants and all kinds of shops is accessible on foot.

The direct proximity to the international golf, that has recently been upgraded, is an asset for those who practice sports and a feast for the eye for others.

The brand new fittings of the water centre allow the water sport lovers to practice them at leisure.

From the marina, fishing trips are available as well as diving trips.

Several boats are available for day trips in the nature reserve of Petite Terre to discover a protected fauna and flora. You can see turtles, rays, dolphins and maybe even whales according to the season.

From Saint-François, boats lead to the islands, Les Saintes, Marie-Galante or La Désirade.

Many restaurants offer a refined Creole, Indian or international cuisine.

There is the daily market of Saint-François to enjoy abundant local fruits and vegetables or ready meals.

At dusk, it is pleasant to have a ti punch or a fresh fruit cocktail accompanied by some accras.
