Fully equipped apartment on the top floor with mountain views, corner view of the lake, sleeps 4. 1 bedroom with bunk bed sleeps 2 people. Futon which sleeps 2 people in the living room area. Bathroom with bath, over-bath shower, toilet and wash basin. Large terrace of 14 square metres includes table, chairs and drying airer. Heating, TV, microwave, dish-washer, fridge with freezing compartment, vacuum cleaner, hob, pillows and blankets provided (guests to provide own towels, sheets and pillow cases). Wfi access (extra charge).

The Petit Port is approximately 200 meters walking distance from the apartment where there are boats for hire and opportunities for fishing or sporting activities. Walking, cycling or roller blading along the tree lined promenade takes you to the Grand Port where there are numerous brasseries and leisure facilities for all ages. Buses run from near to the apartment into the center of Aix Les Bains where there are lots of shops, eateries and the Casino which offers concerts and theatre. During the summer months open air concerts are also held in the central park in Aix Les Bains From Aix Les Bains central rail station direct trains can be taken to Chambery, Annecy and Geneva, all of which offer wonderful days out. An approximate 30 minute car journey will also take you to the ski area of Le Revard where you can watch the paragliders or in the winter months, take to your skis.

The apartment is in a perfect location for people of all ages: the newly built leisure centre with indoor/outdoor pool, the lovely beach, beach restaurant, boules area, good transport system to Aix, Chambery, Annecy and the mountains. Cycling, fishing, boating, peaceful walks by the lake. A few steps from the new Port du Tillet and the magnificent lake. The apartment is comfortable and well located to take advantage of everything that the area has to offer either by car, cycle, on foot or by using the excellent public transport system. If the weather should be poor the multiplex cinema is within walking distance as well as a bowling alley and McDonalds restaurant (free wifi connections available). A perfect location.

Kleines aber gut gelegenes und gut ausgestattetes Apartment.

Apartment liegt dicht am See auf dem Dachgeschoss eines Apartment/Hotel-Komplexes, für den der Architekt sicher keinen Preis gewonnen hat. Aber das Apartment ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet und besitzt vor allem eine sehr große Dachterrasse, von der man einen schönen Blick hat. Leider hat das Apartment keine fest installierte Klimaanlagoe, sondern nur eine sehr laute mobile Klimaanlage, für die man den Abluftschlauch aus der geöffneten Terrassentür legen muss. Nicht sehr effizient! Und bei heißem Sommerwetter braucht man eine Klimaanlage, weil das Apartment sich sehr aufheizt.
